The owner was very nice and it was my dogs first visit there. His previous groomer closed their business. Dina did a beautiful job grooming him and he was very happy when he came home I was so relieved it is scary leaving your pet with a new person. She made me and my Cooper very comfortable she also made him very handsome.

My 3year old maltipoo had been groomed at another facility for 3 years. He always came home acting strangly, wouldn't eat, wouldn't go on walks, hid and kept sitting funny. We always assumed the haircut made him feel weird. That business closed so we went to Pet Beauty institute on a reccommendation. He came out looking adorable and had no side effects as he did from the other place. We were so happy and relieved, but now really wonder what was hapening at the other facility! The owner at PBI made me very comfortable and did an amazing job making my maltipoo comfortable and handsome!

She is so good! My dogs are seriously such a hassle to deal with sometimes. But I know whenever I drop off my dogs theyre always in good hands! Plus they always end up looking soooo cute!

This is the only groomer I trust with my babies. Wonderful work, worth every penny. My tiny Yorkies are always nervous but the love and care they receive here lets them leave beautifully groomed.

This was our first groomer visit with our new puppy. We're very pleased with Dina's work! The puppy loved her right away and didn't want to leave when I came back to pick him up. The pet beauty Institute was recommended to me by a friend. I'll definitely be back.

I should have trusted my instincts but def not a fan of this place my dog was adorable before the groom and after the groom he just wasn't the same he was shaved down. I wasn't even asked what type of cut I wanted. The cut near his face was so jagged around his face I just cried when I got home. Def won't trust complicated cuts here. This place is only good for a shave down nail trim but def not revisiting this place

Dina is so gentle & kind. She gave me a quick appointment since my Maltese was having skin issues and needed his hair shaved down soon. She’s such a sweet hearted person and I will continue to come here. So happy my friend referred me to her. Thanks, Dina!

I have been a customer for 10 years. Although Dina is good at what she does, she would not accommodate me while my poodle is full of knots, while we couldn’t see her during the virus. Instead , she gave me an appointment 3 weeks out. I called and called for a cancellation. Finally I have to go somewhere else. NO LOYALTY.
