Very friendly & helpful, they didn’t have what I was looking for (exercise equipment) but that didn’t stop her from referring me to where else I could find it. Not So Ordinary for me describes the customer service to a tee!

I stopped in last week with my mother, less so as customers, but more to ask questions about where to buy an item my mother was looking for, and generally, about ways to sell items she owns. The shop owner at Not So Ordinary, then took the time to stop and share a wealth of helpful information, writing things down, referring to her contacts, etc. Super nice shop, super nice owner. Not ordinary at all. Thank you!

This shop is adorable! Everything is immaculate here. The selection of clothing and decor is very well curated. The owner, Karina, is super sweet and accommodating. I don’t live in the area but if I did I would come by more often. I love shopping here and definitely recommend you check it out.

This store is absolutely adorable. It is laid out very well and organized. Easy to find items. There was a great clothing sale and I got a few pieces for 5$ each. The owner, Karina, was very welcoming and made the experience very enjoyable. Definitely worth stopping in!

The first thing we noticed was how beautifully decorated the shop was, with a variety of antiques. We tried on lots of nice clothes and accessories, which were all really well priced, and ended up buying a bunch of stuff. The owner was really sweet and invited us back again, which we plan to do!

This store is TRULY NOT SO ORDINARY!? They have AMAZING, ? UNIQUE finds that you don’t see anywhere else in the area! I’ve been shopping at this store for a number of years now and I Absolutely love ❤️ it! The owner, Karina, is a very nice and sweet lady that goes out of her way to make her customers happy! I was looking around my house the other day, and I realized that each room in my apartment is decorated with at least 1 thing I bought from NOT SO ORDINARY! It gives your home a special touch! I HIGHLY recommend this store! One of the BEST thrift shops in Bergenfield!! And top quality! ????
