My husband, unfortunately, has MS and so I have needed to purchase items there several times in the past few years. The owner, Rob, is especially helpful and kind, and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I bought a wheelchair there, and had a problem with the brake on one side. When I stopped in, the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the right rollator and even assembled it for me on the spot, which meant so much. Because of my own physical limitations, I’m not able to get down on the floor to put things together, so that extra help made a huge difference.
The rollator was perfect for my mom, and she was absolutely thrilled with it. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and exactly what she needed.
The service, kindness, and convenience really stood out. If I had ordered online, I would’ve had to assemble everything myself, which simply isn’t possible for me. Cornell made the whole process easy and stress-free.
