It was a true pleasure shopping at Mattress Firm in Bergenfield, NJ. Mostly due to Sales Associate Desiree, who was magnificent, both in her demeanor and knowledge of all products and services sold at Mattress Firm. She was so pleasant, kind and patient, answering all our questions, that it made my wife and I comfortable in selecting Mattress Firm for our bedding needs. Desiree’s knowledge of the products, Mattress Firm’s great pricing and available financing options led us to purchase two beds instead of one.

My Wife and I were shopping around for a new mattress and saw the glowing reviews at this Mattress Firm, decided to come here to try out mattresses.
Our Sleep Expert, Edgar, was very kind and listened to our needs to help with choosing the right mattress.
Ended up with the Sleepy Hybrid which was in our budget and felt firm yet was memory foam for softness. (Plus bed in a box to go up our small staircase). He showed us an adjustable bed frame that we will consider getting in the future but not at this time. Thankfully, unlike some sales experience where you feel you are being “pushed” to buy something, Edgar did not do that. He was very professional and had great positive attitude in assisting us.
Overall, very happy with our experience, got what we felt was a good deal as well as getting us next day delivery on a weekend. Recommend going here for your next mattress purchase!

So thankful to have had Robert Gimbel as my Sleep Expert. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful throughout my exchange process. I had a previous mattress firm salesperson highly recommend a very uncomfortable mattress which I ended up purchasing, but Robert was very open and honest about the mattresses and helped me find the best deal and option for me. Highly recommend him to anyone who needs to purchase a mattress.
