I had an excellent experience at Henry’s Body & Frame Repair. The team did a fantastic job on my car, and the quality of their work was top-notch. They were also incredibly friendly and approachable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this body shop for anyone needing reliable and professional repair services.

This is my second time using Henry’s and I enjoyed the entire experience. Junior, who I spoke with several times, was always clear and helpful and provided an accurate timeline. Most importantly, Henry’s is competitive on price and did a great job repairing our Honda Odyssey.
As a bonus, they updated the headlights that were broken to an updated version than original and did a phenomenal job vacuuming the interior of the van as a courtesy. I would defined recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.

I've been a long time customer & have had multiple vehicles get repaired by this shop. I recently put in my Jeep to get fixed & not only did they forget to do some of the things that I mentioned I wanted done but also took a CHUNK out of my front passenger side wheel well for absolutely no reason at all! Granted they went back & touched up the spots that I pointed out AFTER the fact I refused to take my Jeep back but that was beyond the point. Once I pointed out the wheel well issue they told me it wasn't their fault & I should call my insurance to see if they'll cover it. Long story short I'll never go back again. Many other places are around that do MUCH better work with less headaches & no attitudes!

I had pleasure of visiting Henry’s Body and Frame Repair for some work on my Toyota Tacoma, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and expertise provided.
From the moment I called in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were courteous and attentive to my needs. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the work that needed to be done, putting my mind at ease.
Additionally, I was impressed by the efficiency of the service. Despite the thoroughness of the work performed, the turnaround time was surprisingly quick given the delay in parts.
Overall, my experience at Henry’s Body was nothing short of exceptional. From their friendly and knowledgeable staff to their dedication to quality workmanship, they have earned my trust and loyalty as a customer. I would highly recommend Henry’s Body to anyone in need of automotive services.

I have been to this place twice before as they are contracted with my insurance and I needed to go for repairs after an accident. They were excellent both times, they finished the work on the time schedule that they had predicted, and I was very happy with the repairs and the bodywork.This time I went with a different car, one that was not involved in an accident. I was not aware that they do not do body work for non-accident cars. However he recognized me from the first two times I had been there, he did take a look at the car, he told me what it would probably cost outside from a facility that would do body work outside of insurance claim, and he gave his honest opinion that the work was probably not worth it for the age of the car and the continuing decay that would occur would probably take a few years, during which time I would still be able to utilize the car in an excellent fashion, and I could save the bodywork money. He also advised that if I really wanted to pursue the bodywork repair, I should not repair the existing hood panel, but should instead look for a hood panel in better quality from a salvage yard. But because of the type of car I have, he advised that it would likely cost several hundred dollars just for a used hood panel, plus the money that would be needed to repaint it and the two side panels so that they would match. The owner's name is Paul, and he had no reason to give me his honest opinion about the car but he did, and this actually ended up being confirmed by another facility ( Fort Lee road Auto body), who also confirmed that I should save the money for another use, namely to keep the car maintained well, and should hold off on making cosmetic repairs because it would not affect the functionality of the car, nor was it going to be immediate in its decay. I thank both of those facilities for giving me their honest opinion. I would go to either one anytime.

Used Henry’s because they were in-network with my insurance company, and I’m glad I did. Highly recommend! They were a pleasure to deal with. They were friendly, efficient, did a beautiful job and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time.

Have more than one car repaired by Paul and his team. They do what a body shop should do. That is repair your car so you can't tell it was ever damaged. True professionals
