This tow service was the best I’ve ever encountered! They were very communicative, courteous, prompt, and perhaps more significantly, knowledgeable & capable. The driver, Kevin, was awesome! He was super personable, and took care of my vehicle. I highly recommend this service.

Our car got stuck in a parking lot with a broken starter after midnight. We called the service and had only waited 30 minutes when the towing truck arrived. Our car was quickly picked up and delivered to our house. The service was excellent.

Driver was not helpful didn’t even try to see if he can get my vehicle from the back of my house . Was rude talking to my wife . Didn’t even want to talk to me on the phone . Will never use them either through GEICO or personally if I needed a tow . Won’t recommend them to no one .

This morning, I realized that I had a flat tire when I dropped off my daughter at school. I called AAA and DeMauro's was assigned to the job. They arrived within 15 minutes!! I spoke with Mary, the owner, who was so friendly and helpful. Manuel quickly changed my tire and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend DeMauro!!

They are the worst ever, my battery died and ask it to be towed to a Tesla charging station, they dropped it off at the regular charging station and was unwilling to help. So I had to find someone else to tow my car. Please save yourself the grief and don't deal with this company. Worst customer service ever

WARNING. They're cheating here! This was the worst experience I've had with tow. This company took advantage of the inexperience of my wife, who met the car, and increased the price by 40% at the very last moment, explaining that the driver had to look for her. I gave a 100% correct address, it is not the customer's problem that the driver's navigator finds the house on the next street. The dispatcher is so rude and comes up with other explanations why the price has become higher. Terrible attitude towards customers, I would NOT recommend it under any circumstances!

Edwin was my service man, he arrived to my destination with a very welcoming and polite attitude, he loaded my suv and managed to transport it’s drop off, at such an excellent time. He was soo patient with me and even parked it and everything, one of many role model qualities for a business.
