My new official pharmacy. I have been looking for a medication for a couple of weeks and they had it but I needed to transfer over my prescription from another pharmacy to them and oh my goodness, they had no issue calling the other pharmacy to obtain the prescription and it was done in less than 1 hour. Frank was great and extremely helpful and I could not believe Anthony (pharmacist) came out to say hi and introduce himself. This place gave such a personal touch, its a nice change from your very impersonal large pharmacy chains. I will definitely be going back.

I have monthly scripts that have been filled for YEARS by a major pharma chain. Automatic, never did I question the cost to me, as long as it was covered by my insurance. Then, I happened to be online on my insurance website and saw they compare drugs costs between all the local pharmacies, big and small.And what I saw exploded my brains. And that's how I found New Bergenfield Pharmacy. Located next to Tommy Fox's on Washington, it presented to me a whole new world of rx pricing that will continue to astound me. Quick example, using my insurance as the pricing structure: I take levothyronine 100 mcg, every day. For 30 days at the major chain: $12.48. At NBP: $1.87I kid you not. I am on Vitamin D 50K iu, once a week. At the major chain: $6.27. At NBP $0.51.And the owners/staff could not be nicer. Anthony effortlessly transferred all of my scripts for me, kept in touch when they would be in for pick-up. Frank is sweet and so helpful. They worry about drug interactions, point out all scripts and do I still use them.I can't ask for more. New Bergenfield Pharmacy is the real deal. Sure, they don't sell sweatpants and janky perfumes, but Pharmacies have but one job to do, and these guys do it so very well.

This is my new go-to place for prescriptions. The virtual clinic is a brilliant idea, and takes a process that usually takes a couple of hours of waiting into about ten minutes. I was out of the pharmacy in under 30 minutes, with prescriptions filled and everything done in a very fast and a very friendly manner. Anthony the pharmacist is great, very personable, and they have good stock on the shelves. They have what you need and more. Very highly recommended.

Great customer service. Anthony the pharmacist does an amazing job assuring you receive the proper medication. He goes out of his way for his customers and shows great dedication. There also is a mini clinic within the pharmacy, which is extremely convenient if you need to immediately see and doctor and receive medication.

Had my prescription transferred here because my regular pharmacy didn’t have my medication. Anthony, the pharmacist was great! He made sure I knew how to use the medication. Very friendly staff.

So so happy being a customer of New Bergenfield pharmacy. I deal directly with Anthony there and he is above and beyond amazing!!!! Always helpful and quick to respond. Delivery is amazing with Frank. I’m just so happy and satisfied to be their customer. Highly recommend this pharmacy over any major type pharmacies like CVS - They are way better! Thank you Anthony , and the New Bergenfield Pharmacy!

Finally, I have a pharmacy, close to me it has a wide variety of medications and personal items, the prescriptions are filled quickly, I did not have to wait long, the very friendly workers all the time asked me if I needed anything, the prices are reasonable as far as I am concerned. Staff was very satisfied with my visit, definitely BETTER than the others. I will be here soon. Thank you very much for serving me well...

This pharmacy is closed when they are supposed to be open (10am). They are difficult to get on the phone. There are much better pharmacies. They need to improve their customer service support ASAP!

This is a REAL MOM AND POP pharmacy. The pharmacist makes sure you know your meds and usage. He orders what is needed. He is always there for questions and answers. Real decent and qualified, and dedicated pharmacist.
