I bought my first furniture set for my new place here . Trusted them to deliver it before I moved in , had my daughter meet them and they were professional and on time . Mario helped me each time I called . I love the selection and if it's not in the store they will get it . Plus with my bedroom set they threw in a free king size sheet set . ..Definitely worth stopping in.

Very bad service! The old guy with the thick eyebrows is nice until you pay. Very nasty attitude once he has your money. On top of that, when they deliver, they do a bait and switch, giving you a cheaper furniture that looks similar, while they keep the most expensive one (the one you chose) hoping you dont notice. Thankfully I didnt trust them and noticed this. They do this to make more of a profit at your expense. He'll act like he's not familiar with the delivery guy and delivery charges, charging a low price for delivery then raising it later on. Turns out the guy is his son; it's a scam! If you want bait and switch problems with your money and furniture buy from here.

Very poor experience with this company - buyer beware. In summer of 2021 we purchased a children's bedroom set from them - was charged right away nearly $1200. Bed and nightstand were delivered quickly. Dresser was delayed but was told they would let us know when it arrived. Waited patiently because figured was supply chain issues and maybe it was stuck on a ship somewhere. Fast forward it is a year later still no sign of the dresser. Finally I called the manufacturer directly - Furniture of America - directly who said the item won't be ready for at least another six months because there isn't enough demand to make it (special place in the sewer for a company who treats customers this way!) Anyway, my child won't be a child anymore after 18 months waiting for a dresser. So we asked for full refund on the bedroom set. Bergenfield refused; saying we had used the bed and nightstand for a year and we would have to pay a restocking fee for those items. A lot of nerve!!

They say they will return in 10 minutes and you wait more than half an hour and nothing and the lights off. You come back after an hour and it's still closing for me it's not a business I don't know what's going on.........
