My rent was late and he worked out an agreement with me that fit my needs so I can get caught up on time. He is always available to speak to and answers my emails right away. He follows up constantly if you are late with a payment to make sure your unit won’t be auctioned off. He does the best that he can do to help! Highly recommended”

“This place is in my town so it's convenient for me. I'm renting a small unit for a few years now. The price is creeping up only once or twice in 3 years. Still one of the best prices in the area I think. Security is limited to non-existent, but this is not the type of area where that's needed. Manager is friendly and very easy to work with.”
