A year later, I am still so mad about this place I need to write a review. Brought my 110lb Doberman about 1 yr ago in for nail grooming. First 1 or 2 times were OK at best. Place was rough, lots of cats roaming around the entry/main areas of building which good thing my large dog isn't aggressive to cats, service was pretty subpar and grooming job I prob could've done myself. But whatever, not much around here. Then I bring him in and the groomer who's been doing this amazingly mediocre job so far is apparently trying to get him on a tall grooming table (??) and fricking drops him approx 3 feet. He lands on his back and sprawls out. Obviously I am concerned and rush in to the grooming area to see if he's ok. The groomer looks and talks to me like I'm the jerk in this situation for going in there and you didn't just potentially seriously injure my dog. Screw this place, I am DISGUSTED. Avoid avoid avoid avoid.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Went back to kennel area where all the kennels were cleaned and maintained. Picked my shepherd up after a week and came home happy and healthy. Highly recommend.

Place is top notch, the people are friendly and very professional. My dog whiskey seemed so happy and loved the people. Really well kept facility.

We have been using this boarding facility for a couple of years now. We have always been happy with their care and trusted Jess and Lisa caring for our dogs. Not now. We picked our two dogs up yesterday after 11 days and they both had something wrong with them that we weren't told about when we picked them up. These were totally healthy happy dogs when we dropped them off for their stay. One now has a bad upper respiratory infection and is obviously sick. She is so sick. Can't even drink water without vomiting.The other has a big sore on his forehead. The one that is really sick even had stained urine-feces on her foot when they brought her out to us.It could also have been dried vomit. When we picked them up I asked if they did okay and Jess said she didn't know because they were on vacation themselves. That means strangers were caring or should I say not caring for our dogs. TOTAL NEGLECT. In my personal opinion this place has become more of an ANIMAL SHELTER rather than the CLEAN boarding facility we were once so happy with. We will never ever use this facility for our babies again. NEVER!!!

Awesome people! They really put a lot of love and attention into every single animal they come upon whether it’s a border or a rescue or a dog it’s up for adoption they love each and every animal like their own

Lucky looks so very handsome now all that hair is gone. I definitely go there again in fact he will be staying there when I go to Alabama later this year. Thank you so much you did an awesome job. Now he is a stud muffin ??????????????

We have been bringing our dogs here to be groomed by Nikki for a few years now. More often than not our cockapoo shows up with mats, long nails, and a sassy (to put it gently) attitude.. but Nikki somehow always gets him looking amazing. We call her a miracle worker after every groom. No one else has compared to the quality and service we receive consistently with Riverview. Thank you Nikki!!!

When I took my dog thier for the first time the groomer did such a great job. My dog loved it there so much that she didn't want to leave!!!

Love this place. We bring our 4 dogs in every couple of weeks to get their nails cut. Nikki the groomer is good with them. The facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly

I adopted my cat from here and the organization that held him here was absolutely fabulous! Leah was so great to work with and was really informative. Unfortunately, I scheduled my cat for a groom and with the grooming only available once a month I had to wait. When his appointment arrived I called just to iron out a few details and I was explaining to whomever was at the desk that Leah had spoken with the groomer the day I picked up my cat and they said the rabies shot would be on file that day since all paperwork was already there. When I called to just double check the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and wouldn’t even check to see if his paperwork was in the system. I immediately cancelled my appointment and scheduled with another groomer. Super disappointing.Responding to your reply:My cats information was scanned and such when I was the facility to pick him up for adoption and you didn’t even check the computer to see if it was in there. I do have his rabies paperwork, the principle was that I had it taken care of prior to coming to this appointment which you didn’t even offer to check. Best of luck with your business.
