Absolute worst customer experience. Do you like to be treated like garbage? Do you like to be told if you don't get to the register by 10pm on the dot they will make you leave without your stuff? Well! If so this is the place for you. Went here 20 mins before closing for a fan and some last min items on a hot day. The english lady behind decided she would come over and warn us 10 mins before closing that she would kick us out with out our stuff if we didn't make it to the register by 10.. now normally I would walk out, however my elderly mothers ac had broke and the only reason I was there was for the fan. I was done shopping in fact on way to register when she decided to approach us. Again 10 mins before closing and she had already locked the door. In fact, she had to reopen it as we were leaving. Outrageous. This review will also be emailed to corporate as I'm sure they wouldn't approve of such a lousy employee. I will not be back. Shame on her.

This store is run by a bunch of morons. It’s literally the only place to purchase anything in the area, and it’s always empty of most essentials.
I was understanding when it first opened back up, but now, it’s just incompetence.
I pray for the day of an actual grocery store back in our town.

I was just at the family dollar store. An employee clearly made some mistake. However the manager handled the situation extremely poorly. She was loud about it in a way to humiliate the employee infront of all the customers. This was very unprofessional.

Love that we have a family dollar/ dollar tree so conveniently close. Lately, they have been having issues with the credit/debit card machine, and I walked in and immediately walked out! There is no ATM in the plaza, so getting cash close was not an option. Their EBT is also down, so if you are trying to buy food using that method, it's best to go elsewhere. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue. Hopefully, they get it worked out. The good thing, is they finally have the freezer section stocked after the flooding we had months ago.

the store is dollar store and family dollar now the items from dollar store got to be more expensive. they put items that was dollar store items are now family store prices.

Usually all of the cashiers are extremely pleasant but today, the manager(I think), was so rude. A woman with an English accent spoke so nasty to me when I asked a question. She was sarcastic and I will never go there if she's working.

Love the dollar tree section the family dollar is a little more expensive but I like that they have a clothing section I recommend at least stopping in there

It was a little messy, but they are moving to the end of the shopping center. The people are very nice. I can't wait to see the new store. It's combining a dollar tree and a dollar general into one store.
