The Phoenix offers what I call "recovery through activity." It's a great sober social support network that is based on taking classes that are oriented in yoga, gym, meditation, etc.Its a great supplement to anyones own recovery program and a great place to meet fellow minded individuals who are in recovery from addiction. If you live close enough to check it out, definitely do!
