“Two weeks ago I posted a “pre visit” review (under my business email account jaaJackson) and this time im posting an actual “after service” review. I dropped off my jeans to be tailored as I said I was going to do and everyone was super friendly. There was one person ahead of me but they made sure to acknowledge my presence and got to me within a minute or two. We discussed what I needed done and they told me they would be ready the next Tuesday…so just a few days. I wasn’t able to get there Tuesday. I picked them up Friday. You’d never know they were tailored as they look exactly the same along the inseam and hem as they did before the work was done….they tapered the legs perfectly and I now have a new favorite pair of jeans. I KNEW I was going to get good work at a good price by good people. I knew the reviews by the Karens were total baloney before I even got there. People really should be cognizant of what they say and how they say it. Trying to ruin someone’s business because you think that the world should stop in an instant when you need something done instantly is typical Karen behavior and most of us are over it. If you need something tailored (or any service for that matter) then expect for it to take a little time. If you want something hemmed in 2 hours then go buy yourself some hem tape and get to ironing. Don’t expect anyone to put you to the front of the line because you waited until the last minute. “I got married at Clark's Landing Yacht Club on Sunday, August 20th. When I went to put my wedding dress on (about an hour and a half before the ceremony) the zipper on my dress completely broke. One of my bridesmaids called this shop in a panic and luckily Bakul answered our call even though he was not supposed to be working. 6 of us ran into his shop in panic mode and he saved my zipper , dress, and wedding day in 5 minutes!!! I am so grateful to this shop and will recommend to everyone!!”

“Was using a company to pickup, wash, fold and deliver my laundry, something changed with them so I was contacted by pat at fluff n fold, so I tried them and the other company. I at that point was so much happier with fluff n fold that now I'm a regular weekly client. They are fantastic and the owner is wonderful. If you want fantastic service at a great price, go no further. FLUFF N FOLD.”

“Orlando is amazing! I bought a dress that could not be returned. It was way too tight in the hips. One tailor told me there was nothing they could do and had to buy a size up. Orlando had told me he could take out the lining and add fabric - no questions asked. He made it work and saved the dress! Not to mention he is so sweet and so fast! Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.”

“I use Laundry King often for dry cleaning and Iris washes, dries and folds a king size winter blanket for me every year that is too big to do at home. Great service.
The only negative thing I have to add is they only take cash. For me, I usually don’t carry cash, so it’s annoying. However, Iris took a Venmo payment last time. ??”
“I've been coming here for the past 10 years after trying other local places. Do I need to say anything else about that? Clean, last wash at 930 but you can stay to finish what you're doing, never a problem, plenty of machines and no need for quarters, machines operate on prepaid debit cards. Overall, not a bad place.”
“The woman who helped me with the machines was amazing! She had taken the moment during a very busy day to assist me. That is what I call great customer service! A few people can learn from this person. Kindness does not cost anything. Need more people like this.”

“I have been going to this laundramat since 2012. Mike, the owner is very friendly and customer oriented. The women he has hired past and present keep the laundromat spotless! Even on busiest days, Mike always has workers there to clean and assist customers. Anyone with a negative review, went to a different laundromat.”

“If I didn't have my own washer and dryer and had to go to a laundromat I have to say F&C would be the one. They have free dryer one day a week. You can also drop off your clothes and they'll wash and dry them for you. It's always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“The wash and fold service is spectacular! The woman who works during the day is lovely, polite, and the laundry is folded amazingly! The laundry is always folded very compactly, and so easy just to put back into the closet. I had a fellow tenant compliment it when I brought it back yesterday.”
“Love the big loaders. The washers are clean. The staff is friendly. The dryers are free. The prices of the wash is discounted at night closer to closing. They are usually opened until 11:30 or midnight. Even the bathroom is clean. Yay!”

“Friendly attendant who was knowledgeable, super turn around time and returned the bags I brought my stuff in. And since I can't fit my king size comforter in my machine a must have. Feels safe and is clean. They do a great job.”
