I went into the branch.. sat with a platform rep. She said she would order a new debit card while I was sitting there. Said I was all set. Told me how it would arrive, when to expect it. Three weeks later I'm still waiting for the card...worried it might have been lost or stolen I called and she acted like I was on another planet..no card..no recollection...no record..no apology...just yeah oh well! I voice my concern at the odd account..yeah..still nothing. Wow what a mess!
