Just a plain little cozy 60’s motel. The rooms are very clean, the office staff is friendly & very accommodating. It’s got a nice pool & it’s very close to the beach. The weekday rates are reasonable. We’ve stayed multiple years for mini vacations.

This place is great! It’s affordable, clean, and right in the heart of Belmar. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This place is the only hotel I will book when I go to Asbury or Belmar.

Below parCoffe machine with only filter coffee, no hotwater,Hallway carpet looks in places like corrigated dirt road.First room the wash basin hangs on the plumbingSecind room as a ceiling that appears to sall out-see photo. The reading lamp is rusted and upon my request removed for safety.Third room better but still has traces of water leakage on ceiling.Pretty noisy room neighbor, tend to fight at night.Unless you want to walk to the marina it a place to miss.Sorry but it is like that

I used to stay here at the motor lodge numeral of times. I had never had a problem with the room . The staff and management are the nicest people I ever met I would recommend the belmar motor lodge it's on the coast of the jeresy shore

Management is very unprofessional and literally thieves. We planned our trip to Belmar for couple events on Friday June 3rd and Saturday June 4th. We had our reservation at this hotel in this duration. Unfortunately, one of the Friday event got canceled. So I called the hotel on Thursday to see if there is any way we can get refund or reschedule our stay. Justin was the person I spoke with. I knew it was non-refundable but still want to see if they can help us in any way. He said that it's not. And he said that he will check with his manager and give us confirmation in 30mins. Didn't hear anything back from him. So I called the hotel again on Friday to make sure we have reservation before traveling as it's is 2 hours drive from our place and because we didn't want to waste money even though the event was canceled. And Riggie (if that's her name) said there is no reservation under my name. And said that we will refund you the amount. 3 days later I get email saying that they won't process any refund. When I called them again today Mr Justin said "why did you call again on Friday when I said you can come". First- he said he would call and confirm reservation in 30mins (didn't get anything). And he canceled it too.I hope you enjoy a good dinner with those $150. Jerks.

This place smells like an old ashtray. The carpets are pretty grim looking. Zero pressure in the shower. Find another place.

Not the best of rooms but fair price and good location right across the Marina. Lady at the counter was nice... rooms are outdated. But overall, average motel.

Great little place to stay. Vending machines and a pool is all you really need. Great customer service. Rooms were clean and neat. Good view of the marina.

This Place is straight up awful, It reeks of cigarettes to start off, it probably hasn't been updated since the early 90s and the power went out for the majority of our stay. The pillows were old and stained and flat as cardboard and the sheets had a similar issue with stains, there were also cigarette burns in the sheets/bed etc. The TV also didn't work properly. The sliding windows are caulked shut. The pool was nice though I cant lie, but not worth the rest of the downside. Idk how people are saying this place is nice.

Stayed here with my family years ago so I decided to check it out on my trip this year. Definitely an old building and hallways were a bit dingy but the room was very clean, pool was nice and well kept and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Also definitely plenty of spots around to eat. Can’t beat it for the price and I will surely be back during my next trip!

I stayed here with Alan Bursor and he proposed to me in the pavilion where the beautiful flowers are grown, told me that was the EXACT spot he was going to marry me!! What an amazing vacation we had.Too bad he lied! But the vacation, shoreline, food and weather was PERFECT!!

Gave us extra towels when needed, pool was nice, the bathroom door in our room was kind of hard to close, but not a big deal, their hospitality was great, would come here again.
