This place is great. Steve is very responsive and knowledgeable. He saved my data after my machine's motherboard fried and got me set up with a new machine. He kept me undated on the progress of things. Price was very reasonable.

Steve the owner was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Both times i stopped in for computer issues on the same day. He was able to solve both issues for me each time. He also spent time with me to review how he fixed the issue .
I strongly recommend if you have a computer issue go to Answers computers.

Steve was terrific. He was very responsive and helpful. He scanned my Apple laptop, took care of my malware issue installed some anti malware software in a prompt and efficient manner. He didn’t make me feel tech illiterate (which I am) Highly recommend Answers for your computer issues.

I called the business to get my refurbished desktop looked at since it wouldn’t turn on. Steve told me of all the changes with him taking over the business, as the old owner had passed. In spite of how much was going on, Steve was able to look at my computer fix it for a reasonable amount of money, and in a reasonable amount of time. He even updated the new Windows version! He was easy going and new exactly what was going on with my computer! Thank you Steve. Highly recommend this business for all your computer needs!

I highly recommend Answers Computers. The motherboard on my laptop died and Steve was extremely helpful in guiding me on the purchase of a new laptop. He then transferred my files and setup my new laptop. Everything works perfectly. Steve was very responsive, available and even followed up to make sure everthing was ok. Great customer experience.

I brought my laptop into Answers. An update for Windows 11 completely shut down my hard drive. Nick and Steve were able to restore the laptop. It now runs great! Their fees are VERY fair! Answers is my new go to place for any electronic issues.

I took my macbook pro to Answers last week to find out why my computer no longer turned on. The tech informed me it could be one of 2 issues but the laptop was only 6 months old. I bought it on Amazon so I assumed I couldn't get it fixed within the warranty. Steve called Apple to assure me that my laptop was still within the repair window and made sure I took it to Apple to get it looked at. Instead of Steve taking my money and charging me he went above and beyond to make sure Apple took care of the issue for free. He saved me over $1100 dollars in repairs and took none of it. This is a computer shop that I can recommend to anyone looking for honest service and will even go out of their way to save you money. Thanks Steve for doing this for me. As a full time worker and full time student, this was huge and I can't recommend you guys enough.
