I have ordered 3 packages that have been stuck in this location for over a week. I ordered my packages the beginning of June. My package were supposed to arrive the 28th and it’s now the 10th of July. You can never get in touch with an actual person because they have this automated system.

Just submitted 3 applications for passports. Everything went smooth. A big shout out to Robert. Very respectful and polite. I mention this because the last experience was horrible at the Deptford Post Office. If you are thinking about passports NEVER go to Deptford! Your day will go so much better at Bellmawr!

ALWAYS is past the expected delivery date. This location needs to get their stuff together. This is absolutely ridiculous. There also needs to be a 0 star rating because this is ridiculous. Me, my family, and friends, NEVER get their package on the expected delivery date. "2-5 days" after the expected date is a vague time frame. How does it take 2-5 days to travel 10 minutes to My local post office after the expected delivery date. Please, do tell!!!

The worst customer service experience of my life. I had just found out I needed to mail a package pronto, and I rushed it to USPS (because I like supporting the post office; otherwise I could've gone to UPS), and I had just made it in time with five minutes to spare before closing. The lady told me (not politely, by the way, but that's not even my complaint here) that the address needed to be already written on the package. That's fine, so I step back to the counter and print the address on the box (I have a little trouble because one of the provided pens wasn't working). I finish writing the address, it's just turned 3:59 on my phone, and I am staring right at the clerk when she says, "We're closed," and shuts the gate right in my face. No word of apology, just as there had been no warning that my time was running out. I re-checked my phone: 3:59. Another customer in the store said their phone also read 3:59; this customer also voiced the opinion that the clerk had been extremely rude. I knocked loudly on the metal gate and was told that that was uncalled for. I rather think the treatment I received was uncalled for. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer in my life.

They DISCRIMINATE. They have the we hiring signs for women only. Laura is part of the discrimination process. They don’t hire equally !!!!! The process is not automatic.
