RUN RUN RUN
Very nasty and disgusting hotel. We checked out immediately following our check in and proceeded to an extended stay America. We took our friend with us from 201 after seeing his room as well. The stains were everywhere and so many we had to stop counting as our wives were getting nauseated by what was seen on some of the fixtures, walls, and ceilings. We are forwarding our complaints to the proper authorities in New Jersey to have the health department inspect and follow up. We warned them that this will be the worst review they ever had if they had not followed through with the full refunds. There was only one moment of courtesy when we checked in and that was the last.

Nothing exciting about this location. You are getting what you paid for. No bells or whistles. Just basics. However, it is conveniently located to the highways (295 and NJ Turnpike) and neighborhoods, Barrington.

This hotel needs to be bulldozed to the ground. Every part of it, from the carpets to the furnishings to the window coverings, need to be replaced. The walls need to be painted. The lobby, which smells like a musty attic, needs a complete overhaul. Our room made my skin crawl it was so tired and wornout. I felt like I was staying in a crackhouse. In short, the hotel is a dump that should be avoided at all cost. The icing on the cake for our one-night stay is that my car was broken into in the hotel parking lot, and over $300 of my personal possessions were stolen. I am dumbfounded that Wyndham would allow this hotel to be part of its chain.

I can't give it more than a 3 and would be less but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is very limited, muffins, nice tea or coffee. No milk for tea. The desk was friendly. They charge 15$ for a pet. Bathroom outdated. We are hauling a trailer and had to park way behind the building and we didn't feel comfortable. Ask the Columbia restaurant (on the same lot) if we could park there after choosing and they refused.Rooms: Though clean very outdated.

Stay away! Dirty stained sheets hallways and rooms smell. Front desk clerk was a 18 year old kid with a attitude. If I was 30 years younger I might of gave him a punch in his mouth. Very snotty and acted like a tough guy. About 80 bucks for the night. THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME 80 DOLLARS TO STAY THERE AGAIN!

When booking this place it says free breakfast, however, when you go here there are signs plastered all over the foyer saying "NO BREAKFAST". The area that seems that it would have been for the breakfast is filled like a hoarders shed with a lot of different items and just looked chaotic.The room I was given wasn't clean when I went in. There was some white substance on the carpet, the microwave had crud in it, and mirrors were visibly dirty. Some of the lighting fixtures in the room did not work.While I saw the postings for daily room cleaning, not once did the cleaners clean my room during a 5 day (4 night) stay. I even saw the cleaning people each day, but for some reason, they did not come clean the room.The bathroom shower does not have a proper shower curtain. It is lined with a cloth-like curtain that just absorbs water. The curtain rod was held up with duct tape. The bathroom was stocked with 2 towels, 2 wash cloths, and 2 hand towels. And since my room was never cleaned during my stay, I did not get fresh towels.The location is decent if you drive. Walking from this location can be difficult due to a lack of cross walks and being so close to on and off ramps of a major highway.There was also one day in particular where the entrance to the parking lot was blocked off completely by police officers just watching traffic and no ride sharing was able to get into the parking lot. They were there for hours doing nothing.I do not recommend this location and highly advise you select another hotel/motel within the area.

I made a reservation for one night because I was heading home the next day on my way north and at first they tell me they don't have my room available when the reservation was made over 45 days prior. So we wait and get assigned a perfectly good non smoking room and about ten minutes later the room they originally had booked had miraculously opened up, so we bring our belongings to the room pictures above they said was "cleaned" and ready to go. A very huge embarrassment and our hard earned "wyndham reward" points are now gone. I wouldn't recommend a homeless person sleep here and it had dried blood and who knows what diseases in there. Needless to say I slept in my vehicle that night.Rooms: UnsanitarySafety: Be careful as there is used needle caps thrown about their rooms and property.

I had my mom stay here around New Years. (I live close by). Price was not great but her stay was good. She said her room was immaculate and stocked fully. Her only remarks were concerning the lobby which looks like a construction zone and thought the rugs and walls in the hallways and stairwells should be updated and could use a new coat of paint. Staff was very accommodating and nice with the exception of a woman at the front desk that seemed to be bothered. Having worked for Holiday Inn for many years I know that the front desk employee should be smiling and friendly (even if you're feeling bothered). That can make or break ur decision to stay since there are other hotel options all around.

We ended up leaving after a few hours and not even asking for a refund bc we just wanted to leave. The room smelled horrible like mold and cigarettes even though we specifically asked for a non smoking room and their was about 20 flies just flying around the room and a huge stain on the carpet and ceiling and mold literally growing on the bathroom ceiling. All of those things are health risks. absolutely not worth $100 a night ?

This is not a hotel, it's a nightmare! We couldn't believe what we saw when we arrived, 'free breakfast' is the first nightmare, NO FREE BREAKFAST!The room was completely disgusting, dirt and bugs in the ice bucket, flies and mold on the ceiling in the shower...I don't understand how the 'Best Western' chain would ever want it's name evolved what so ever with this garage dump building! When they demolish this building, they'll need to wear biohazards suits!Stay far away!

Was suppose to stay 4 nights. Stayed one. Non-smoking room smelled smoking and no breakfast as advertised. When I arrived I asked to adjust my stay by adding one additional day and they said they couldn't do that and they had to charge me full rate instead of the discount rate I got for the other nights.They would of got one star but I called corporate and they allowed me to cancel with no charges.

My experience here at this hotel was nice. The quality of the beds and appliances weren’t the best the room was VERY cleaned well maintained. Rich and Gi-Gi, the housekeeping staff were very friendly, attentive and helped as much as they could.

I would not stay here or recommend no one to stay here this place is so ghetto and the smell is out of control and not only that I choose this hotel because it said breakfast was included and they did have no breakfast at all not even snacks for the quest the noise was out of control I went to speak to a manager and the man that’s was setting in the front told me he could help me cuz he’s just covering for someone that he doesn’t work there ??♀️ it’s was not what I expected!!! I will never spend my money with them again ..::: I would give them 0 stars for false advertisement

Felt very welcome and like the stY there they make me feel like I am home considering I will be there or here for the couple of weeks and I always get treated very nice and try to give me the best priced they can
