“Here is a good, honest small business. The owner of this establishment is fair and honest. I was a little thrown back by paying $3.00 for a label, but after the owners explanation. It was understandable. You pay for a service, and that service has expenses. Like any business, it costs time, money and electricity to run these machines it's easy to forget that the printers you use at home are just a fraction of the price of their 30k printers. $3.00 may seem like a lot for a piece of paper, but remember that he is trying to make a living and run an honest business. If anything please understand that the days of $1.00 a page are well over. I hope this review helps someone bless this man and his business with many customers to help him stay in business.”

They were actually very helpful and as a mother who was carrying her son and had many packages in the next trying to prepare for a wedding. “i have rented a lot of mailboxes over the years as i have moved around the country a lot for work and i would have to say that this my experience here was better than most. First off the were quick to respond to my yelp message and once i found their webpage all the info i wanted was easy to find. Also their store has way better hours than i have found anywhere else. I went there that afternoon spoke to an associate got taken care of quickly was explained everything got my box situated. Also they have a great system of scaling up the services you need and what you are charged as your needs or business grows. So you only have to pay for the lowest tier in the beginning and then either keep that low fee or go up to a more expensive one as your services needed grow. In a world of businesses trying to overcharge u for almost everything they can this was a refreshing change. Hopefully this will be just the beginning of a long relationship with this p.o.box provider.”
“Wes and the team at PostNet (Sewell, NJ) are the best. The do amazing work and always deliver on time and on budget. If you ever have any printing or shipping needs be sure to give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. Attached is a picture of an invitation we had them print for us. We downloaded the image online and had PostNet print them in a matte finish on cardstock. They came out great!”

They also went above and beyond for me, not only accepting my particular requests for what I needed shipped, but then waiving some of the additional fees without even telling me. It wasn't until weeks later I realized they charged me less and it was a nice surprise compared to the usual bad surprises with shipping! 100% recommend them, and love how much they genuinely care about what they do. “I would like to leave a five-star review specifically for Michelle. Her exceptional service truly stood out, and I believe she deserves special recognition for her dedication and professionalism.
I was expecting a package (tracking #7400287136449) while I was on vacation. I contacted FedEx customer support several times to request a "vacation hold" to prevent the parcel from being delivered to an unattended location. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with (whose name I did not catch) informed me that only the shipper (Apple Corporation, in this case) could make such a request. Despite my arguments that a vacation hold would be mutually beneficial, the agent remained firm in their decision.
After several attempts to achieve a vacation hold, I gave up. Imagine my surprise when, after three failed delivery attempts, I received a call from a FedEx employee at the nearest to my place location. This employee, Michelle, kindly asked when I would be able to pick up my package. Her thoughtful and professional handling of the situation was greatly appreciated.
I am very grateful to Michelle for her assistance. I am unsure if her actions align with FedEx policies, but her decision was convenient, reasonable, and considerate. I kindly request recognition of her efforts and would appreciate being informed of any actions taken in this regard.
Additionally, I would like to suggest that placing parcels on vacation hold might be more practical, economical, and environmentally friendly than attempting multiple deliveries. This is not a rhetorical question; I would appreciate a response from the management on this matter.

“I walked to this store from the Element/W hotel. A very nice lady helped me and had a successful transaction.
One thing I learned was that the online rates are different from the in store rates. If you print the mailing labels at home, you can drop them off at the nearest UPS Store.
The package arrived earlier than the delivery date which was fantastic.”
