I had the pleasure of having Jahmir M. at store #290. The sweetness in that man was just contagious. I walked in pissed off about something at home and walked out smiling. Pondering if I get the chance to make someone feel good the way this young man made me feel after visiting that store. The manager to that store should know how much of a gem he has as an employee! Thanks again for making my day Jahmir M.

I have always been a fan of Royal Farms. I have never written a review until I began getting gas at this kocarion before work. There are no less than a dozen places to get gas on my short commute. I stopped here a few months back and now only come here. The main reason is for an employee named Lance! He is top notch, very friendly, and even cleans my windshield. I haven't had my windshield cleaned by a gas attendant in years! He is always in a good mood; very courteous. Thanks for the service Lance!

The owner of this store should spend some time working hands on to see the dynamic of the place. I keep giving it another chance but, chicken is either dry like wood or soggy skinned and rubbery. I recently ordered a 4 piece dark meat meal deal with both Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. The drumsticks were teeny tiny and barely warm and the thighs were mushy. The whole point of getting Royal Farms chicken is for the crispy skin. The mac and cheese was so hot I burnt my hand trying to pick it up. They didn’t have any paper bags to put it in so that was a tricky ride home transporting molten lava. I live pretty close so my mashed taters should’ve been hot but they were ice cold which leads me to believe they were never heated in the first place. The gravy was so hot it melted the little plastic cup container. This is all ok because I forgot just how awful both the mashed potatoes and gravy are. The potatoes literally taste like water. The gravy must be made of corn starch and brown paper bag bouillon with a pinch of pepper. Yuk
Total disappointment! $17 right in the trash.
I used to get gas here but sometimes there’s no one pumping gas and the last time I stopped there, the attendant was scolding the car next to mine for not tipping him. So I tipped him but never returned for gas again. That was a year ago.

Just went there and the lady putting food orders together didn't wear two gloves. Only 1 glove. What the hell is the point of gloves if you only wear one and still touch food with the ungloved hand. Gross.

Definitely my best experience with royal farms so far!! Fresh batch of tenders, and the girl behind the counter was super cute!! She also reassured me that the food was fresh, and she didn't disappoint! Really wish I caught her name ? will definitely be going here after work more often. Hopefully she'll recognize me. I'm the dude with the tie that came in after a long day

I’m visiting NJ from California to see my granddaughter and great-granddaughter. We’ve stopped here a few times. Each time has been great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It seems like they all do a lot of multiple jobs with a smile. The food was excellent. My eyes were bigger than my stomach but even the leftovers were delicious. It’s so cool that they have the rewards program. My granddaughter got a 10 piece dark meal for free. If I lived closer I’d sign up for it! Maybe y’all will add some on the west coast.

So I just left this location after a terrible experience I been going here every other day for about 2 weeks. Their fountain machine has never been clean so I would normally get cups and buy drinks. Tonight I asked if there was a reason why their fountain machine is not clean and if I can have it cleaned so I can buy my beverages. The manager Mike took offense and threatened to call the cops on me be I asked for a clean machine. They promote the chewy ice but I didn't want their chewy parasites. Never raised my voice; never got aggressive and he weaponized the police bc either he doesn't have the articulation skills to be a manager or he's intimidated by black folk, either way things went too far. I don't suggest going to this location for your fountain drinks bc apparently they don't have a cleaning schedule bc Mike couldn't tell me the last time it was clean. Refer to my pictures. The associate Mike was rude as well but he looks miserable with his life anyway so I won't punch down.

I stopped yesterday for gas. I don't live in the area, but occasionally travel for both personal and business.I was very happy to meet the gas attendant at approximately 630, 7 pm.She is so sweet, and I'm glad the store hired her. More companies need to employ wonderful people with disabilities. I hope she's there the next time I stop.
