My son attended Little VIPs for about 7 months. Initially it wasn’t bad, but as the days/months progressed we noticed he wasn’t getting the proper care he needed. Countless times he would be sent home with a filthy face (dried snot, dirt & food residue), along with dried feces on his bottom side. We mentioned something to the manager on multiple occasions. She said she would talk to her employees, but it kept happening. On multiple occasions our son was sent home from day care with cuts, scratches, bruises and bite mark. We were never notified by the manager or any of their employees, which is a violation. On their application it says “all accidents will be reported immediately.” When we reached out we never got a response, explanation or apology. The cleanliness at the daycare is very poor. We strongly regret sending our son here for as long as we did.

I have worked for little vips for a year and a half before I left for the first time. After about 2 years, I came back hoping for change. Management is sooo poor. They don't care about you or your kids. All they care about is money money money. Owner blamed employees for having to shut down because of covid, and the building wasn't even cleaned when they shut down. Teachers are constantly out of ratios due to too many kids because ( as suggested by management) the boss will not start a waiting list. So as usual, there's too many kids and not enough staff. The 2 "managers" do not even help in the classrooms, we are left to fend for ourselves all day! There's so much drama for such a small building. Any time you bring up any issues, the boss and management talk shit to other coworkers about it. NOTHING IS PRIVATE! EVERYONE WILL KNOW! Also, if your not a favorite (or kissing ass) your treated like shit. Owner does not care about you or your feelings. Many of the staff members are constantly being hit on by children but it's wrong for us to tell the parents about it. EVERYTHING IS YOUR FAULT! But the second State show up, they all scramble and act like they are in classrooms. This place is ass backwards and need to be shut down because obviously no one knows how to run a daycare.

I was extremely hesitant about sending my infant to daycare once I had to go back to work, but I love taking my daughter to Little VIPs! Every teacher my daughter has been in contact with is so happy to see her, and I feel comfortable asking any questions or making any requests concerning her care. The teachers have to be the best part of this school, and I don't feel capable of thanking them as much as they deserve.Little VIPs is such a fun school, even for parents like me who have stepped in the building twice ever, and I plan on sending my daughter here as well as any future kiddos until they're old enough to enroll in our town's school.

This place is terrible. Used to be ran by great woman by the name of Ms Barb but now it ran like a circus. There is more kids then teachers can handle but it seems the owners can't grasp that concept because they are only in it for the money and not the kids well being. I refuse to bring my kid back to this place which is a shame because some of the teachers are really nice and try to do what they can even if they are overwhelmed. If you want a good day care then do yourself a favor and skip over this place. I'll be surprised if it's around in another 6 months to a year due to the new owners having no clue what they are doing.

I love this place & my 3 year old son does too. Staff are nice & very caring. Children seem to have fun; and I never see my son bored; perfect.

Amazing daycare. The staff really cares about the welfare and happiness of your child
