Good customer service, had issue with a washer received refund for the inconvenience

I've been going here for a little more then a year since I moved here. The gentleman that works inside is very professional and polite.i enjoy conversing with him while my laundry washes. ;)
Laundry Zone is a clean, safe and secure coin operated laundromat. Customers have the option to use coin, credit or debit for payments. No pre-paid cards so you never have to worry about losing your card or having extra money that you can use somewhere else left on your card. LAST LOAD IS @ 9PM AND THE DOOR WILL LOCK AT 9PM. IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE ONCE THE DOOR IS LOCKED YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET BACK IN. WE SUGGEST TO OUR CUSTOMERS THAT THEY REMAIN WITH THEIR CLOTHES AT THE TIME OF LAST LOAD UNTIL FINISHED.
