“Joe made us feel comfortable the moment we walked into his business. We had no problem picking out our new countertop. His crew came and removed our old countertop and measured for the new one. They were very professional and cleaned up before they left. Today they installed our new countertop, drilled for the faucet and installed the sink. They leveled any area that was needed and when they were done they cleaned up everything. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new countertop!”

Lots of artwork, aisle of couch tables, fake plant trees, picture frames of every variety at discount prices, lots of outdoor items, furniture. If u see it, & like it then u better buy it. Once it's gone u may not see it again especially furniture or rugs or seasonal items.”

“This is the one of very few reviews I have ever written. It is very long winded, however worth the effort based off the service I received. Cliff Notes. Excellent Experience, will shop here again, and will recommend to others.I ordered a cookware set for the Tugboat I work on. The order was placed online, and I found out it was back ordered a few days later. I was using a corporate card, and only had the cookware budget for the month of February. The cc doesn't get charged until the item ships. The item was scheduled to ship on March 14. One call to customer service, they located the inventory to fill my order at the Cherry Hill, Nj store. They called the store for me, and had them gather all of the items to the front counter.Again, I'm on a tugboat. No transportation, we have to hire a car service to go pick up the set.We walk in the store, our order was sitting there waiting for us, we paid, cancelled the online order, and off I went. We got back to the boat and found one of the lids for the stock pot had a large dent in it.I called the store hoping I could send pictures and they'd ship us a new one. NOPE! The store associate Gerald asked where we were. I said on a boat on the river... He said, No. Where are you at? I'm bringing you a new one.I dropped him a pin. 30 minutes later. He shows up with a new pot lid, and we gave him the damaged one, and off he went.There is no way possible WS asked him to do this. To drive his personal vehicle to swap out a damaged item.. Where does that happen in this day and age? It doesn't. I was floored.I can't say enough good things about this entire experience with WS. From customer service, to clear prompt notifications about the status of my order, to the call center helping put this together, and Gerald personally volunteering to deliver 1 lid about 30 minutes away, into another state, and across a river.... Never in my life have I experienced this level of customer service.Thank you from our entire crew for helping make our boat a little bit nicer place.”
“Harry’s Plumbing to the RESCUE! In a frantic on the night of July 2, guest in my home and no hot water. OMG! I Called the local gas company. The only appointment was July 3 8pm- 11pm.,Whaaaaat! I Called my Home Warranty Company, Water heater company since the product warranty is good until 2025, and local plumbing companies. If I would have made a claim or had a licensed plumber come out it would have been $100 out the gate., pay for replacement part and wait for it to arrive. Then, depending on the actual service pay $250 an hour minimum. Sheeeeeesh, so with July 4th approaching, I would not have hot water until Friday if i’m lucky. So what did I do? I watched a few you-tube clips. Called Harry’s Plumbing. Rushed across town before he closed at 12 noon. I cannot thank that gentleman enough for saving the day. The part worked. Talk about excitement when that burner ignited. I will keep my 8-11pm appointment nonetheless and enjoy my 4th of July luxuriating in a hot bubble bath. (Smiles) and a huge Thank you!”
