Very helpful employees working there. I rarely have to ship much of anything through the mail, so I'm pretty new and clueless when it comes to shipping packages. The 2 employees working the counter at the Bellmawr, NJ location tonight (7/26/2024) were absolutely kind, courteous and very helpful!! Especially since I got there 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday night!! A ➕️ service, will definitely go back whenever I need to ship anything again!

This 5 ? is for that special lady who went through so much to find my package after customer service been giving me run around all day from 11AM to 7PM . I was calling every hour they said my package was @ the location then they said the driver on his way with it. Meanwhile the package wasn't scanned nobody knew where it was. But she found it for me thanks ?

FedEx is very inconvenient relative to ups. I brought a package in that had to be returned and the only thing that it needed was tape put on the top to keep the Box shut. They had to make a comment to me that I'm supposed to bring it in sealed. I said I understand that but I don't have tape she says let me see if I have some spare tape she reaches in her drawer and pulls out an entire roll of tape and tapes it for me. She should have just done that from the beginning without making me feel like I was inadequate. UPS you don't need to bring anything you just bring the product the box it and everything if you don't have it.

I work at a local business, and twice in the past week this location has dropped the ball on my deliveries. Where I work at open at 730am every day. One day last week and then now today, 2 packages were marked as “we tried to deliver.” Today it happened at 8:38am. Again, my doors have been open since 7:30am. Last week when I had this issue I did call to find out more information, the lady I was connected to just kept repeating that they already tried to deliver and since we weren’t there they can’t retry until the next day. I completely understand that they are just reading what the driver said in his notes and then wanting to back up your own people, but at some point you should probably believe the customer instead of calling them a liar.
