The receptionist is not a personable. Person gave me attitude the whole time that I was there. It was like I couldn't ask a question cause I was bothering her. I greeted her with a good morning, back in return. Yes, can I help you?

Basically, they stole my money. I explained what I needed when I entered and it did not happen. $144.00 down the drain. Been there before and did not have problems, however this time the doctor came up with issues that were not true. I wear a smart watch, carry a glucose monitor, and take my blood pressure everyday. Readings on my watch are consistent with readings at the VA Hospital, and on my equipment at home, however your readings were not even close. How is that?I will be going to my bank to recover my money!Do not go here for a DOT phyiscal. They will rob you with additional test and other items to take your money.Maybe businesses don't care, but if the money is coming out of your pocket, I advise you to go someplace else!

When I got there the receptionist or nurse was very friendly had to fill out paperwork and shortly after that I had to do a drug screening everybody was very pleasant and professional and very nice I would recommend to everybody

I had an awesome experience with this Concentra Location! I had to do some clearances for a new traveling nursing job, and the staff there made it such an awesome experience for me! All the way from the front desk, to the medical assistance, Jasmine (I know it’s spelt differently, but that’s the way it’s pronounced), To the provider who did my physical assessment, Dr. Barnett-Smith! I would absolutely give Concentra a 10 out of 10! But real big shout out to Jasmine, I’m from New Jersey, but I recently moved to Florida, two years ago, and I really missed “Our” humor. I laughed my entire appointment. I even told Dr. Barnett that I would be proud to work for this company!PS kudos to Concentra for having the non-violence signs all over their facility. VIOLENCE SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED IN OUR WORK PLACE; especially as healthcare provider who are caring/serving the community! I recently left my job of two years because violence (physical & verbal abuse) was tolerated and to know Concentra would not tolerate violence is extremely assuring to me as a professional, healthcare provider.Awesome job! 5 STARS ✨

Went forth a random drug test I was in and out in 10 minutes and everybody was very very nice efficient and did their jobs to the fullest five stars if I could give 10 I would have gave 10

i came to concentra for a injury at work. I fell off a step ladder onto the floor. i sprained my ankle and strained my shoulder. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I particularly wanted to thank Megan, Kyle , Margie, Alicia and Dr Barrett. The staff was amazing! I now back full duty! thank you staff!!

This is my 3rd time visiting and although I keep providing that my medication is not working I’m still being told to keep taking it like it’s going to start working. Doctors don’t even touch or assess, look at, feel, nothing. But pain is increasing and nothings happening.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being assisted by LaShai who made an uncomfortable experience as comfortable as it could possibly be. She is so caring and sweet and the company is so lucky to have an employee like her. In fact, the entire office is very nice but LaShai went over and above to reassure me and calm my nerves ?

The nurses were super nice & listened. They made a minor mistake & they did everything they could to fix it so i appreciated that considering other places would’ve probably reacted differently . We’re all human, mistakes happen but it’s the way you make up for them that counts. Thank you again !
