After waiting on line for 20 minutes, I was refused my asthma inhaler because they were closing. John and April were not only unprofessional but they were also rude. I highly recommend going to another pharmacy because they are too lazy to slap a sticker on an inhaler box. I am disgusted! I will NEVER bring my business back again!!!

The people are nice. The pharmacy staff is exceptional and knowledgeable. They are super helpful. Love coming here. The front. Does need a self checkout though.

This location has been the best thus far. Today was very challenging as I visited not one but FOUR other locations to complete my photo order. They were all very rude, and disturbingly agitated at my order. I canceled. I then came here and met a young man named Christian. He was THE BEST! From the time I walked in, placed my order, and all the way until the finish, he was very supportive. Though my order was large and required much, he ensured that my needs were met and that my requests were done with excellence and precision. From this point forward, I will be visiting this location. I had to come and express my gratitude because if he didn’t take the time to give me some great service, the party in hosting would’ve been ruined. Thank you Christian for making it work!! I like this Walgreen in Washington Avenue in Gray lock is clean my parents medication. They always have it but when it comes to go to the register you have the two Hispanic ladies are very disrespectful & nasty they shouldn’t have people like that working there they just don’t care

This pharmacy used to be a disaster to deal with here. I’ve changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars because I’ve seen dramatic improvement recently at this Walgreens.They haven’t screwed up any of my prescriptions in several months now and I must commend them for their improvements / accomplishments.I’ve personally witnesses better enhance customer service at the pharmacy department in Walgreens in Belleville, NJ.Thank you. It is very appreciated.

This review is for the pharmacists at this location. I have no voice and suffer from asthma. My doctor prescribed me albuterol which needs a machine to administer it. The pharmacists were extremely un knowledgeable about the machine, told me it needed a prescription. As someone who suffers from asthma I know for a fact that you do not need a prescription to buy it. Of course, I could not argue this with no voice. After forcing me to call my doctor again, once it was ready, I approached another pharmacist who told me on a really inconsiderate way to sit down, as if I had the plague. First you make me wait for something I clearly don’t need, even after seeing me extremely sick, and then you have the guts to tell me to wait some more and sit down ? Awful customer service .

If I can give them a half of star or less I would! I called the pharmacy and they basically kept me on hold and would take me off hold just to put me on hold again!! I later called the store and when I explained to her that they kept taking my call only to place me on hold. She said “They are probably very busy, they are short staffed because of COVID” then placed me on hold yet again!!!! Poor very poor service.
