This place needs more than 1 person working at the window. The lady staff needs to be reintroduced to customer service and they need to studied by upper management.

That one lady has such a bad attitude. Very rude and unprefessional, I feel Siri can communicate with people better then her.

They are lazy, they are barely at the window, they find any excuse not to do their job. Even if the postage is paid for they find a reason not to ship it.
