I understand when you’re busy there are priorities, but how can you tell someone give me a minute and be gone for over 10 minutes when I can tell there’s nothing going on. This is absolutely unacceptable. People have things to do and places to be and you’re only open from 12-2 for customers !

I never left the one star but you only have 2 hours of service Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 to 2:00 where most people work these times is absolutely the least to say stupid...

so the office hours are customer service hours are only from 12 PM to 2 PM Tuesday through Friday but for some reason, they decided to have a meeting during this time. The door is open, but no one is here to deal with the customers.

No one is attending the service window at annex only can come Tuesday thru Friday 12/00-2pm. Bell doesn’t work nor supervisor are available supposedly in a meeting

Horrible. Nobody picks up the phone. They’re only open for 2 hours while people are mostly at work. They say package is delivered when it’s not.

If you have a problem don't bother calling they never answer the phones. And inside they are slower than molasses, snails move faster than they do, and they never know anything.

Worse mail service! Packages constantly falsely scanned and lost. Filed multiple complaints for service and filed many lost package claims. Claims are closed without ever getting resolution to my complaint. Get an email rather than a phone call. They say that they are investigating but never follow up. Never found my packages. Can’t go to the local annex because they lock their doors during office hours and they put the doorbell high enough where many can’t reach. They do not answer the door nor the phone. Only entry is through a number keypad. They leave people outside waiting and refuse to answer the door. Packages and regular mail has been misdelivered to incorrect addresses. Others has received my mail and I have received others’. They refuse to make a trip with packages. Packages scanned as out for delivery is then scanned delivered to a parcel locker in Belleville. I live in Newark. When packages are delivered by an irregular carrier, it’s thrown onto the steps and not in the door’s mail slot where most of them fit. Child’s medication is left to be stolen or ruined by over heating with sunlight or frozen in the cold. Local post office tells you to go to this annex for packages and service. Waste of time. Worst service!

This is the worst service that I've ever received, in my life, they don't answer the phone, close whenever they want to. Why the hell do they have business hours if they don't follow through with them. Because of them, people will have to pay large amounts of money for bills they don't receive on time. And if someone needs to pick them up, they don't give them to you, they close early, and they don't answer the phone. They make people waste their time and still they'll get angry with the customer. They should fire everyone, this is the worst.

If I can give no stars I would!!! No regular carrier on the route that covers my place of residence. Mail doesn’t get delivered at all and if it does it’s 6pm or later. Packages are being delivered to wrong addresses or marked NSN. I don’t know who the post master is but definitely should be replaced.

Blatantly falsifying scans is CRAZY!!! There are ring cameras EVERYWHERE, including my front porch!!! Just because my package is large doesn't exempt you from doing your job!!! It was ordered because it was needed!!! My next complaint will be to the OIG because someone in this post office needs to lose their job!!!

If you want to be treated with disrespect this is the perfect place. First of all, those business hours are for the employees not to public. If you have the need to retrieve a package or anything else you have to skip work/school and go between 11am to 3pm M-F. Then to get there, ring the bell and to wait until someone decides to come with attitude (like they're forced to do the job) to ask you what you need. In general, this place s****. Worst customer service. Worst management. Worst mail handling. It looks like they have malicious people working there, because for two occasions my packages are delivered at another place and they do nothing about, not even an apology. You can file a claim but they do nothing, they never contact you back. Even former employees have confirmed mail/packages theft. They keep increasing the stamps price for what? To pay for dishonesty? RED ALERT ??????

I never had any issues with getting my packages until now. I ordered something from an Etsy shopped, it was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. Then it says out for delivery. Then it switched to it arrived at the Belleville Hub then out for delivery again. Then the package was delivered to a parcel locker in Belleville when I live in Newark. That was 2 weeks ago. I receive a call from the Newark location and the representative tells me it should be redelivered the next day and I didn’t receive my package still. Then I receive a call after that saying there is nothing they can do to file a claim. I ordered something again last week. It said out for delivery, then the update was delivered to a parcel locker. I don’t have a parcel locker. My packages normally get delivered inside my front door. It’s starting to get ridiculous now. It’s 2 packages in a row. I got the same phone call from the Newark branch saying they don’t deliver my mail but it should be delivered today. I said you did this the last time and it was never delivered. She was very short with me like she didn’t even want to be on the phone any longer. USPS can track where it was scanned with GPS and they don’t want to.
