Lucy, the shop supervisor, helped me choose the right tire for my needs, while Carlos, the tire technician, was extremely friendly and efficient in his work. Additionally, an Indian gentleman offered some valuable advice on how to maintain the condition of my tires.However, the highlight of my experience was Lucy’s exceptional customer service. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, and even convinced me to consider purchasing a new set of tires from their shop in the future, despite the fact that I live in Canada. After the repair was completed, safety was their top priority, and they ensured that I had a spotter to exit the premises safely.Overall, I found the price to be very reasonable, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire repair or replacement. Even though I live far away, I will definitely return to this shop the next time I pass through the area.”

“Great service. I would like to thank Mary and the rest of the Mavis team for installing new tires on my baby. Mary was very helpful and informative. Answered all my questions and also had them check the brakes and car system. They did the installation and balancing in an adequate time frame. She also gave me a discount and included insurance and such in the total. I def recommend this tire center location. The one closer to me is more money hungry than wanting to provide quality service”

“Nice staff! Great service. My mom has been coming here and so I trust her recommendation. I needed to get the AC in my car fixed and was told somewhere else that it was my compressor and it would’ve cost me $1200 for the part not including labor. I ended up coming here turns out it wasn’t my compressor at all just an old relay and I paid a 50% fraction. Always get a second opinion and ask why when quoted for something. Anthony and Charlie were the ones assisting me and had no problem educating me. And a special shoutout to Ace for bringing the laughter. Great team work!”

“My one tire has been leaking and requiring air almost every two weeks. I went to another place who stated nothing was wrong, but if I wanted to I would have to change all four tires because they “do not make my tires anymore since you have an older car” . I went to Omar’s after reading his excellent reviews. He was extremely welcoming, and in no time fixed my tire and did an oil change I needed as well. My tire had a nail that the other place missed! The prices were also extremely reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“Very happy here. Vincent (the service manager?) gave me straight info without hard selling me. They did kind of try to upsell me on wipers, but that’s standard these days. At no point, from Vincent to front desk to installer, did I feel pressured. Sorry I didn’t get other names, but each of the 5 different people I talked to rocked. My car dealer is on the thinnest of ice right now, and if I have to spend money on anything not covered by warranty, I’m going to Mavis. You should do the same.”
“Hey this guys are 100% honest they won’t waste your time with lies they look for the best and most affordable option. And Once again they don’t lie to you I been bring in my cars to them for years now and they never not once have they tried to rip me off. Eddy is the owner and man this guy looks out for you always. They aren’t the cheapest but they are honest and the best on their work. And they put warranty on it to back it up. There is a reason why they always busy. Most definitely had told friends and family and they all bring their cars in for regular service and maintenance and or if something major happens. And they literally do it all, or they will find the way from mechanical to body work.”

“I highly recommend this business. We came back from a trip to a flat tire at the airport. We called Roadside Mobile Tire and they were quick, friendly and helpful. We thought we needed a new tire but there was a nail in the tire. It just needed to be patched up. He could have charged me for a whole new tire, but he was able to fix it instead. This is a credible business run by honest and humble people. If we ever run into trouble, we know who to call.”
“The owner saved the day. Had a nail in my work car tire... after getting screwed around at mavis down the street for 2 hrs we made a end of the day effort to stop here and ask for assistance. The owner literally offered us a used tire at no cost just to get us on the road. We opted for a new he luckily had. He slapped a brand new tire on the car and had us on the road within 5 minutes no b.s. He even changed it in the pouring rain. Its hard to believe theres still people like him in todays world but they do exist! This establishment deserves all the success! Thank you again!”
