“I had a great experience at this storage area.. I been speaking with Timia and I live in long Island and was moving back to jersey, she helped me over the phone tremendously.I didnt want to come all the way down there just to look at a unit..I was asking what my options were and she helped me get a storage and said I get 2 months free if I joined at a certain time. My timing was off sligtly and Timia said they weren't offering the 2 months free any longer,yet I still saw it advertised online...Timia said she had to speak to her manager Carrie. Carrie gave the ok for the 2months free as I saw it advertised even tho they said the promotion was over..I went to jersey to see unit and move things and met Timia and she was so sweet, and so patient. There were a few people there I met and they all were helpful.. Thank you Timia and Carrie for keeping your word and honoring the 2 months free.Every bit helps today.
