Horrible experience. Supervisor is even worse. How are you going to take someone’s money through the drive thru, then you ask me to come inside while you are holding on to my id, bank card and ALL OF MY MONEY. Never coming back here again.

Banker was not helpful, did not know what she was doing and provided zero resolution to concerns. Ended up leaving the bank because I did not want to opening an account with the banker.

I went on a Friday at 11am and they were closed, with a small sign suggesting to go to Newark branch. No thanks. You have to park in the back and take a walk all the way to the front to find this out. Maybe add an orange cone and block the driveway so we know you're closed.

santander is a good bank, but this branch is god awful. the bankers are rude and act like you are wasting their time. avoid this branch
