Not sure if this guy is really an accountant or not based on very basic stuff that he missed on my return..That said, he is dishonest, unprofessional, incompetent, unorganized & just plain terrible at his chosen profession.... The positive reviews he has on Google are actually from family members & friends as well lol...DO NOT USE!!!! DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Horrible service. Do NOT use! Many other professional accountants in the area. This guy will deal with what ever it is you bring to the table on his own time frame. Horrible attitude, don’t know where these positive reviews come from honestly, but he is not professional enough in my case.

Absolute worst experience ever. Make sure u demand proof that he filed--proof from the IRS, not the screen print from his computer that literally means nothing. Paid Freddy in full to file taxes on March 4, 2021. IRS website showed my return was never logged as "received". I made about a dozen calls that went unreturned. i patiently waited for Freddy to return from vacation (yes an accountant taking vacation during tax season). I showed up to his office on May 10th & was told by Freddy that his computer crashed & he was never able to file my return. He promised to file my return the next day. The next day he claimed that he was unable to file my return & that i had to call the IRS. I asked for a refund & he said No because none of this was his fault. i paid a different accountant that was able to successfuly file my return without incident a week later.

Absolutely terrible experience. My parents have been going to him for over 20 years and he has been filling out the incorrect forms consistently. Even my own very simple single filer form was filled out incorrectly ( even thought the correct information of (e.g. birthday and SSN) was given multiple times) causing me to be ineligible for the stimulus payment. His wife, who is unlicensed , was said to have done my taxes. When I called to follow up, she took a week each time to rudely return the call and then proceeded to ignore my calls after. He also pretended to not know who we were and said the other CPA we went to fix this was the one who is doing everything incorrectly. Never a call back from them since and I'm forced to deal with this on my own with the IRS directly months later ( since February) with no resolution yet. Do your own research because if you're like me and don't know any better, you'll think everything is perfect until you realize your taxes have been done incorrectly.

I had the worst experience at this place. My situation is different than most, I called here to have my taxes amended because I was being claimed by my parent. Instead of calling me back to update me on the progress of my amendment they called my parent and decided for me that I couldn’t move forward with the amendment because my parent is in the middle of a real estate transaction... so here i am haven’t been getting my full tax return for 3 years and didn’t get a stimulus check because I was being claimed as a dependent. No financial aid even though my parent does not provide me with anything. All in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. For some reason the lady who works here thought since I’m young she could just forget about it and never call me back, shady stuff going on here.

Worst place to do your taxes ever. Filed my 2015 and 2016 taxes. Waited 1.5 months for my returns. Called IRS and they told me whoever filed my taxes filed my 2016 twice instead of filing them separate, so they kicked it back. And told me that i have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks for IRS to fix the mistake. I filed it in march 4 and it's June 4 now, i still don't have my returns. THANKS A LOT FOR RUINING MY TAX PAPERS.... BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. If you don't want your tax returns to be ruined, take it somewhere else.
