If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I was looking for a firm queen mattress on a budget so I can move my father in and care for him during prostate cancer treatment. I reached out and spoke with Yolanda. She was absolutely amazing. she gave me a ballpark quote over the phone, when I got to the store, unfortunately she had already stepped out and based on the quote, she gave me the owner honored it so I got an absolutely amazing deal on a great mattress. Ricardo, the gentleman that tied it to the roof of our car was so friendly. I will be letting everyone I know about this business! I’m over the moon! Thanks thanks thanks!

Scam company. Stay away. Make sure you read the fine print. Agreed on an amount then the owner changes up term last minute and forces you to pay before you see truck or furniture to avoid all liability for sending you the wrong furniture or damaged furniture. Not worth it. Save your money and find a reputable store.

They almost got away with bullying a young girl. They falsely advertise bed mattress. Fresh clean in plastic. But yet it smelt like pee/smoke. Had yellow spots. The only real about the ad. Was it was in plastic. How does not one employee see that. Than they tried hard to not pay full refund. Until I came and told him what's up He was trying to get on over a female. Since I posted other girls have said the same thing about that place. Better Business Bureau will be getting g a strong letter with video from my lawyer. Sale man told me they've to much money and it wouldn't matter if I brought you guys to court. The sales guy Juan loves to over charge female. That I'm not cool with. I'm happy they gave her what see should Deserve.

Don’t buy furniture from here they sell you the display models and tell you that it is not a display model and tell you that they don’t bring your furniture in boxes because it’ll make a mess in your house the screws didn’t even come in its new bag came saran wrapped to my table lags and not to mention my table had scratches one of the chairs didn’t have the plastic on it

Paid almost $1000 for a display table that was wrapped up in saran wrap delivery guy was amazing courtious amd even placed it in my shed on a blanket but then i went back to complain about this obvious display table that was scratched dusty and had miss match hardware and the lady denied everything telling me to leave her store horrible people great delivery guy

Customer service was great very professional and attentive. Sales guy was very flirty but I guess that's his angle. So I was told to let the sales guy know two weeks prior to when I wanted to Sofa. I paid it off the first week of July. Mind you they charge you a fee if you pay by debit/credit card. Two weeks past nothing. When I called I was told that the sofa did arrived that it will arrive by the end of the month. I was not told that it would take a month. Really who wants to wait a month for a sofa not me. So I was trying to be pushing into select another style. I really wanted the one I selected. So I request a refund. They refunded my money minus the fee they charged you for using a debit/ credit card. Why should I have to pay this fee if at the end of the day I didn't buy anything from them. It's ok I guess the are so hard up they need the $21.00. I will never purchase anything from them nor recommend anyone to.
