I bought a Motorola Razor. Also paid for insurance. I had problems with the phone. İnsurance said it is Metro problem. Called customer service. Customer service directed me to store. I went there. All they need to do is customer service and confirm the process with them. Sales person didn't even listen. She refused to call customer service. I tried to explain that customer service directed me to store. She replied, " Papa you don't understand etc." Slang, rude, disrespectful.. I stepped out to call customer service and have them talk to her. She lock the store with a sarcastic smile on face.. And sits inside. I had no choice left.

Wow, hard pressed to find disrespect and disregard in such quantities in one place. If this is what your looking for this is the spot for you. Bonus points for the young lady behind the counter calling me love twenty times in three minutes.

This place is terrible. I've gone here 3 times and each time I had terrible service and was given defective phones. Don't go here. Expect to wait 3 hours even if it's your turn in line and a garbage phone. Every time. I'm switching companies because of this place

On Saturday, March 16, Mr. Carlos, who claims to be the manager of the store, did not help me at all and in an arrogant and humiliating way he treated me in a bad way. In December 2023, Mr. Carlos himself also serves me in a very bad way. and he says that as the store manager he is always right and not the other people who work in the store.

Went in to switch to Metro and it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The lady charged me for insurance without consent (for a BYO device) and didn't bother to tell me until I was leaving the store. She also spent more time talking to a different customer than to me and did not provide me with a properly itemized reciept of the transaction. I don't know what her name is because she wasn't wearing a name tag. I've been a Metro customer in the past and I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service from them before.

There was only one woman working in this store. We were waiting, she skipped us like we were invicible. Pretty bad customer service. We walked right out.

We've been with company for years. Need new phones now and the upgrade price is insane. And the guy working that day told us he couldn't transfer ANY of our data over. No contacts, pics, nothing. He told us that if we went to a different location, maybe THAT person could transfer it. WHAT? We've never had this problem with them in all these years. Time to switch.

Dangerous store if you are new to the phone game. Best con artist sales people. Go to North Arlington store, 613 Ridge Rd! At least you'll have a shot at getting your money's worth.
