“Excellent sales person who helped me immediately, the umbrella I wanted was in stock, on sale, and I brought that home. The Tivoli love seat I ordered will be delivered next week. However the cushions on sale for the loveseat were not available in stock in the beige color I wanted, so I have to wait until July, and that I’m not happy about. There were two in the store, but they could not be sold as they needed them for display. However, the sales person was excellent - it’s not her fault merchandise is not in stock or available in a reasonable amount of time.”

“I’ve bought all my furniture from Value City for many years and as always, they Never disappoint. You know that anxious feeling when you walk into a place and there are salespeople looking at you and keep asking, do you need help, can I help you with something, what are you looking for, etc? Well you’re safe here. I didn’t feel pressured at all. The experience was very good. Delivery was on time, got it set up and took my old furniture away. Highly recommend.”

“I am very disappointed with this table. We just had it delivered in the wooden crate and. It weighs over 300 pounds. The delivery truck had no staff able to bring inside or even remove it from the wooden crate.I am now having to schedule a separate crew to saw it out of the wooden crate and bring it inside even though I already paid a delivery fee. There is anyone able to answer questions in customer service. The quality of the furniture is poor as well. I would never recommend anyone for ordering from here.”
“We have worked with Creative interiors in 2022 to renovate a classic brick row house in downtown Jersey City. Louis and Tony have succeeded to bring that 1870’s house to a 21st century lifestyle while fully preserving the house’s historical characters. They were very attentive to our needs and quickly understood the style we were looking for. They also factored in the practical requirements of a family with young children without compromising on style or function. Their meetings were always well prepared, and we agreed very easily with most of their choices of materials, colors, and accessories. they handled all the contractors for installation despite all the supply chain disruptions from the pandemic. The result of their work is a source of daily joy as we now live in the house. We re-hired them in 2023 to completely remodel the living room, which was pretty basic and which they turned into our favorite room in the house, complete with a smokeless real fireplace, shelves, furniture, fabrics and decoration pieces.
