Been coming here since I was a CHILD. Including most of the woman in my family ! I came here last Friday and originally asked for a French mail full set. I was charged 45$ and left a 10$ tip. As soon as I put light onto my hands , it was disgustingly done. The lines were incorrect and not matched . The nails were bulky, uneven, thick, and not properly shaved down. When I originally walked into the store , I asked the owner myself to do my nails herself. She denied me even tho she was on her phone doing nothing. Handed me to an older employee who just started and looked very shaky. Because of the past I have with this nail salon for years , I’ called the store and asked them to redo it which they agreed to but weren’t happy about it . I then asked for a simple white nail set. She did it in 25 minutes….. I repeat. 25 minutes . They were talking junk the entire time while doing my nails and were laughing. This set was even worse than the last and I honestly would’ve prefered the first. That’s how bad they were. Look at the pictures down below !!! Doesn’t even have to be explained ; I’m mad I didn’t take a picture of the previous set. You would definitely be able to tell when they do your nails when they are mad at you, and when you are just a quiet customer . This salon has run down over the years . It’s nothing how it used to be; this company has been passed around through many workers and many have left. In my opinion this place needs to close down. Times have changed ; and not allowing customers rights to choosing how they want their nails to be is inconsiderate and honestly embarrassing for them. You’ve lost a life long customer since I was 6 years old. Won’t be your first customer to leave ; and I know it definitely won’t be your last.

Let me start off by saying I’m a guy so I can’t speak much on the quality part of painting of nails and stuff that women typically do but they were soooo attentive and thorough in working on my feet(which I appreciate greatly lol) i Didn’t feel like they were cutting corners or rushing me out like I have in other places. Again, I can’t speak for the more extensive nail stuff but if you’re a guy in need of a mani/pedi before vacation I def recommend !Services: Manicures

Where do i begin? They took my gel off my nails with a drill. They made my nails paper thin. I blinked and she was already cutting my natural nails, without asking. As she applied the tips, i can feel the glue dripping down my finger. She then placed the acrylic and activator and asked me to place under the led which burned! I left out of there with acrylic built up under my cuticles and dried up glue all over fingers. They patch up their bad work with cuticle oil so u don't see the mistakes right away. I had to come home and refile my nails. They were also not painted around the edges. Looked like my 6 yr old did them. I had to take an ibuprofen that night from the pain too.Stay away please.Service: Acrylic nails

I asked the male tech to file my nails square he filed my nails inwards. Each nail a different shape. When it came to the gel nail polish application a female tech applied it in clumps and did not allow time for drying under uv lighting in between applications. After I asked her to please correct it she became annoyed and began speaking in her language. Refused to fix it. Horrible service, but no problem collecting her money.
