the regular employees at this branch do their best to help the customers, but the temps really make it a bad experience. I was told that it would take me 1 hour to open a business account. i went elsewhere.

Horrible experience. They don't even deserve 1 Star. Every time I've come into this bank most of the cubicles for private service are empty. One day I waited more than a half hour after signing in and still no one helped or acknowledged me. I complained to the manager and she said it was normal, no big deal. I will complain to a higher up.

Chase protocol for lost debit cards is very poor. Waiting five to seven business days for a replacement card is unheard of and very inconvenient for customers . Chase should figure out a better way to replace bank cards for their customers.
