Stopped in to get cash and this is what I see. The “security “ guard watching videos on his phone. Sad. A prime example of what is wrong with our society today. I feel for the people that have to use this atm daily. I assume that if this had been a week day, Mon through Friday, may not happen. So this guy is just making a fool of his employer and all of us.

ATM door does not work after hours. I have attempted to get cash after midnight and my card is unable to unlock the door. Please fix.

It’s sad that i had to call 3 times to get my Mail transferred to my P.O Box and on my third call i was transferred 4 times having to explain myself over and over. Customer service needs to do better!!! What a waste of time!

I always read reviews for everything else except banks smh! I came here to make a deposit and the ATM ate my cash. I went into the bank to speak to a representative , they told me I have to call customer service . I called customer service and had to file a claim , now I have to wait 10 business days to receive my funds . GREAT! I’m mad at myself for not going to TD bank instead since it’s closer to my house .

One of the worst chase branches. Larry the manager was very unhelpful refused to assist me with getting my funds from my restricted account. He basically told me he is not putting his job on the line to help me when I was told I could remove the funds from the account. He held me up for over an hour to not provide any assistance, refusing to help. I told him I was going to go to another Chase, and he said he wouldn’t advise me to. Luckily I did and I was able to get a helpful manager to help me retrieve my funds. This place is a joke . If I could give it zero stars I would.

Deposited money through the branch atm only because it was a Sunday and needed the money in my account. money did not go through. Wish i read the reviews for this branch first, but I've never had to read reviews for a bank. Not only did the money not show up on my account, but it took me about 10x to deposit all the cash because it kept saying some couldn't be read. That should've been a red flag for me. I'm on hold with customer service now smh. AVOID THIS BRANCH. Everything in your reviews are true.

Come here if you want to feel disrespected.I stopped by today to open up an account and they told me I had to make an appointment. Usually, at branches they’ll just ask you to wait.The actual branch members don’t even open the type of account I needed open. All they do is send the information to the corporate office. And the corporate office opens the account.The teller who was “trying” to help me was also very rude.

My deposit (ATM) didn't go through. I called at Chase and my deposit would be available between 2 and 48 hours. It's MY money and I have to wait to use MY money 2 days? Seriously? What kind of bank is this? Completely dissapointed on its service

Manager is very rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t need to be working here. I have been here a few times and every time I go here , she always wants to give me problems. I would recommend her being retrained or removed. Customer service skills are trash. Makes you not want to bank with chase at all.
