After dropping my car off, I was immensely pleased when they called me a day later to tell me that the parts were on the way and the vehicle would be ready the following week. I was ready to pick up my vehicle when John called and apologized profusely because he didn't realize that an alignment had also been authorized (apparently it usually is not) and he was prioritizing the work so I would still have the vehicle that day!
