“I had two BMWs in the past and initially took them to the dealership for service. When I needed my brakes done and they quoted me 1,600 I looked for a foreign auto shop to get them done. I googled and found ROCS. I called made an appointment and took my car in only to pay half of the dealership cost. Any work done always saved me money and I had no problem paying because of the kind customer service (IDK what others are talking about) and quality of the work. My son needs work done on his Audi and I couldn't remember where I took my Beemers because it's been a few years. Racked my brain and remembered ROCS. Hopefully he will call and be as satisfied as I was. Sometimes things happen, shops get busy and there could be a delay. In my opinion it's not a reflection of the work they do.”
“Luoie the owner is the man with the skill and knowledge, he is honest and patient to explain the detail of the issue and parts, I called a few repair shops, this is the only one who has an idea which part is wrong, (other a few directly suggest swap the whole trans), Luo suggested only clutch set replace can solve the problem, and it did, although a bit pricy, but seems it certianly worth it! Thanks!”

“If you want it done right the first time, this is the spot. German cars like mine (BMW F30) require a specific skill set because of the complex computer systems, and these guys have it down packed. Joe and Paul took the time to explain power, fabrication, work timeline, and cost prior to our agreement. Because of this, I was able to set my expectations. Long story short, they exceeded my expectations. The custom rear deck doesn’t block the rear window, the trunk mounted sub blends in perfectly and preserves space, and the wiring & amps are so hidden that you wouldn’t know they’re there until you hear the system. Last but not least, no error codes after the install. Much respect guys. Definitely recommend.”
