“I can't say enough about Matt and his team. I had a special (to me) job printing wedding invitation envelopes, and they couldn't have been nicer, more patient, or more accommodating. They were knowledgeable, careful and attentive to detail, and the job was done perfectly at a price that was more than reasonable. They also offered great tips for dealing with the US Postal Service. While they were helping me, I could also observe how they treated other customers - everyone was always professional, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.”

“This UPS is the best it gets. They have a self service kiosk that allows people who don't need help to skip the line, and the staff are super friendly. I had a high value package that I wasn't home to sign off on. Needless to say, I was super disappointed that I missed it, but Sam and Shaun were helpful when I called and tracked down the package so I knew exactly when I could come to the store to pick it up. Post offices aren't always the most fun place to be, but this UPS helps you get in and out while providing excellent customer service. Thank you!”
“Staff was good. No main entrance into the main tellers section. Two doors in the side to PO Boxes and then another door into the main area. They helped me tape up my box better than I did”
“Great local business with a great selection of office supplies. Instead of driving out to Route 1, I frequently stop here to grab ink cartridges or to drop off FedEx packages. They'll special-order products for you if they're not in the store, and customer service has always been friendly.”
“Was having a typical day, not bad, not great, and went to go mail a letter. As soon as I stepped into the tiny office I was greeted by a friendly worker named Renee, who definitely made my day just by being so animated and kind. Definitely takes the cake for best post office experience I've ever had elsewhere - usually everyone is so grumpy!”
“This ups locations has always been efficient and quick service. The staff is accommodating & courteous especially Luke who will patiently help you out with your questions. I had a unique request regarding a passport photo & Luke was able to get it done in minutes which saved me lot of time in figuring out where I can get it done. Thank you!”
“Never an issue for the past couple of years. Friendly and helpful as opposed to the horrible Hillsborough Branch. However once I went and it was closed for lunch because there was only 1 person working and her boss told her not to put a note on the door. So i can't give it 5 stars.”

“This is my favorite post office and I almost don't want to write a review so that it will remain my own hidden gem! It's a little hidden, in an adorable old brick building off the main road. Inside you will find the most helpful and patient USPS representative, who is a jewel herself. Now, please don't go to this post office so that I can keep it to myself and not have to wait in any lines!”

“I'm being honest, but my husband works for UPS in BB, but UPS clerks who work at the Customer Counter are the best of the best when it comes to customer service. “came inside with my mom earlier to get a specific rhino industrial label refill and couldn’t find it anywhere. target and home depot didn’t have it and we were in a time crunch so we shot in the dark and asked the cashier. he thought about it for a sec and gave us the exact location with great detail. exactly where he said it was. not gonna lie i was impressed. they didn’t have the right size though but next time i’m stopping here first.”

“In fact, this place is good, or rather, the woman worker just does her job well! This employee gave me the opportunity to verify addresses before sending my letters. I sent a lot of registered letters, but despite this, she gave me the opportunity on her screen, a display in her system, to check the exact addresses of sending my letters. I told her that the last letter was very important for the lawyer, and she immediately understood me, and also gave me the opportunity to check the exact address in the system. This is far from common and not all post offices give you such a real opportunity, without even asking the employee about it. I've had a lot of bad experiences where postal workers simply refuse this opportunity to give you the right to check the exact address on the screen in the system. Thanks a lot for your great job!”

“My job opened a PO Box at this location months ago for mail. It has been a pleasant experience overall. They offer 24/7 access to the PO Box and always have friendly staff. It does get backed up during busy hours but they’re doing their best. Very clean environment. Overall, a great USPS branch.”

“This is the best post office I have ever used. The staff are friendly and helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. My wife and I use the post office very frequently to send out packages for our side business. Whereas other post offices have treated us as a nuisance, the Three Bridges Post Office always welcomes us and we have never lost a package. We mostly deal with Paul, who is absolutely amazing. He is so great, in fact, that he should be made Postmaster General! But in all seriousness, if every post office was like Three Bridges, no one would ever complain about the postal service again.”

“I came here to ship a package from NJ to CA. Saji behind the counter helped me to go through different shipping options. What I need was to make sure the recipient will get the package in person, not leaving it at the front door (in our case this is more important than the delivery time - we are not in a hurry). After discussed a few options Saji helped me to chose the FedEx envelope with Espress Saver option which is much better than I thought (by reading on the rate posted on FedEx website). Prior going to the store, I did also check with UPS but they don't quote me the price readily. USPS has a registered mail option but my friend (recipient) insisted to use FedEx as she thinks FedEx is more reliable. I ended up paying about $20 - everyone is happy. The other three customer service agents including the manager Sarah are equality warm and welcoming. The store is clean, no waiting in line. It is also conveniently located and accessible from the nearby towns. Highly recommended!”
“It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”
“Very convenient, very personable staff. The young man who helped me to get out and emergency shipment made every effort to insure the safe and timely delivery of my package. They were careful to tell me that there were less expensive options, but when I explained the urgency of getting our package out, they provided us with safe and secure packaging. Parking in front of the store is a bit dicey, but there is a resident parking lot in the back. If you ignore the many "No Parking" signs you'll be fine for the few minutes you're there. Try this FedEx Shipping Center out!”
