Cancelled on the day of our appointment. Put us in a bad situation. At least give people a heads up ahead of time. Completely unprofessional move!Otherwise they do good work, but I don't know if we could ever rely on them again. Extremely poor customer service.EDIT: In regards to their reply below. It is definitely this location and they are lying. They canceled on us and left us hanging bigtime when we needed our dog groomed.

We have been bringing our pups here for a few years and we love the service the Wizard of Pawz provides! They pups have never had a bad cut. One of the best!!

Very unreliable and not responsive. This groomer may do a good job, even a very good job, but they are not reliable at all. I brought my dog in once almost two years ago and everything went very well as my dog is very friendly. Picked up, paid and there were no issues. Subsequent phone calls to have her groomed again were never returned. Must have called at least three-four times the past couple of years but never had the decency to call me back. You may do good work but you need to adopt some better customer service skills.

Not only is “Stewie strong” getting better everyday after accidentally getting hit by a car, he’s looking better too! My groomer Leona (and family) at Wizard of pawz closed her shop down and spent almost 3 hours cleaning and trimming my boy. After a major injury I only trust Leona and am forever grateful she took such great care of Stewie. I’ve been going to her since stew was a pup and if anyone is looking for an amazing groomer wizard of pawz in bedminster is the place!

Leonna is a caring, professional, courteous, and very thorough pet groomer. She did a super-great job bathing our dog, Sassy, along with cleaning her ears, and clipping/buffing her nails. Reasonably priced and very highly recommended to all! A+++++
