My mail carrier is extremely lazy. Constantly fills the mailbox with packages that don't fit, or puts packages in the mailbox even when he's bringing stuff to the door. I've complained to the office about carriers on this route before and they never do anything. Bedminster PO is the definition of the stereotypical "lazy postal worker" problem.

Asked for a cart to bring a package in, nope. Asked for the girl at the front desk to help me open the door as I carried it in, she never got off her seat. She did scream in a high pitched voice for another useless person. Love the post office.

As a medical professional, customer service is very important to me. Some of the employees at this location are very disgusting, unpleasant and lazy. I simply needed to know if I had mail at this location..I thought last name would have sufficed and it would have been a simple yes or no! The African American man (with glasses and think facial hair) made it a point to tell me that I had just moved to the town when I have lived in Bedminster for 6 years! The Caucasian guy who at first seemed liked he wanted to help was interrupted by the African American man saying “no, I got this”! The woman (Diana) just stood there and didn’t offer to help. You guys should NOT be in an atmosphere where you have to deal with customers! Shame on USPS for allowing these personalities to assist people.

I drive out of my way to use the Bedminster Post Office. They are open late on Saturdays and the staff (especially Diane) are always very helpful and friendly. My favorite post office in the area!

7 years in Chester, moved to Far Hill 2020. I had to go to 3 Post Office as my house is registered in Mendham but Mailing Address is Far Hills. The Storms had made it hard for everyone. My mail box was covered w/ 4’ of snow.Finding the right Branch maybe tricky, but being helped by Wonderful People was worth the trip. They did everything to help me and even got Phone Calls left on my VM re: Mail. THANK YOU to ALL Our Post Master’s who risk delivering during bad weather.

I go 13 miles out of my way to drop my packages at this post office! Why? because they are scanned in almost immediately (compared with sometimes a day or more at other locations). Diane and all the other reps are always helpful.

Waited 20 minutes in line to pick up a package, only to be told I owed money for the Priority Mail service that was never selected by myself or the shipper.
