Had a great experience with the manager and staff! Even though I do not know much about paint they had the patience to give me clarification to be precise to make my choice! Before mixing the color ( a lot shades of whites with their brightness ) they confirmed with me two times making sure there was no room for mistake. Both the manager and team staff were very courteous too. So grateful that they open at 7am… Excellent location as I live 7 min away.

few times pick up paint without tints inside and the sticker was on, I had to drive back didn’t even offer a free cover or something, we lost a day of work

My husband had a horrible experience with this location a few months ago and has since taken his business elsewhere. The store manager was extremely rude and arrogant to him when he took white paint we’ve purchased earlier in to be pigmented. I myself have had unpleasant experience with the same person years ago. Now we go to the Riccardi brothers near Warren town center and THAT is a great store.

Worst customer service and rip off artists.. I was charged 39$ for a quart of paint that I know is 22$ at all other Benjamin Dealers. I should of walked out and not paid. I have principles even these guys do not. .... it should be a negative star..

Purchased 3 Ben Moore paint samples yesterday, I realize that's what they are - samples.However, at $9/ pint, one of the cans is all rusty and flaking, so is the sample can that old the color wont be accurate??!!The other 2 were never mixed thoroughly with several different colors floating on top and on the lid. Again, will the samples depict an accurate color??!! Never again!!!!
