This was clear when we overlooked a pick-up deadline for a rush order. While the ECM office was closed, Andrew offered to open the office outside of business hours. He personally coordinated a pick-up time over the weekend, which allowed our team member to receive the materials before a flight.”

“This UPS is the best it gets. They have a self service kiosk that allows people who don't need help to skip the line, and the staff are super friendly. I had a high value package that I wasn't home to sign off on. Needless to say, I was super disappointed that I missed it, but Sam and Shaun were helpful when I called and tracked down the package so I knew exactly when I could come to the store to pick it up. Post offices aren't always the most fun place to be, but this UPS helps you get in and out while providing excellent customer service. Thank you!”

The staff was understanding and they offered all avenues of help. I was grateful to encounter the owner of the store who really took the time to help get us through a tough situation. “came inside with my mom earlier to get a specific rhino industrial label refill and couldn’t find it anywhere. target and home depot didn’t have it and we were in a time crunch so we shot in the dark and asked the cashier. he thought about it for a sec and gave us the exact location with great detail. exactly where he said it was. not gonna lie i was impressed. they didn’t have the right size though but next time i’m stopping here first.”

“I came here to ship a package from NJ to CA. Saji behind the counter helped me to go through different shipping options. What I need was to make sure the recipient will get the package in person, not leaving it at the front door (in our case this is more important than the delivery time - we are not in a hurry). After discussed a few options Saji helped me to chose the FedEx envelope with Espress Saver option which is much better than I thought (by reading on the rate posted on FedEx website). Prior going to the store, I did also check with UPS but they don't quote me the price readily. USPS has a registered mail option but my friend (recipient) insisted to use FedEx as she thinks FedEx is more reliable. I ended up paying about $20 - everyone is happy. The other three customer service agents including the manager Sarah are equality warm and welcoming. The store is clean, no waiting in line. It is also conveniently located and accessible from the nearby towns. Highly recommended!”

“I work in Branchburg NJ on Meister Avenue and the UPS delivery man for my company is named Chris Debbie. He is without a doubt the greatest delivery man in UPS history. I've never heard any complaints about how he does his job. In fact I've never heard a bad thing said about the guy by anyone at my company or any other company he delivers to. He's a f****** Rockstar. My rating is based on him. Not the company he works for.”
“This is a FedEx facility located in Branchburg, NJ. I printed the label at home and about a ten mile drive to drop the package off to ensure it is going out today. The contents of the package included two soccer jerseys for my goddaughter's U5 Rec soccer team and had to ensure they arrive the next day, Friday, for Saturday morning games.Several months ago, I sent my nephew his college graduation present and scheduled delivery Saturday morning. A Walgreen's is located about 400 yards away, so I ask if fedex had picked up priority next day packages yet, and the reply was, they do not pick up for an hour and a half. I'm not sure what happened, but the package was not picked up until Monday and delivered Tuesday, so I missed his graduation. Rather than chance another step in the process, it is much better to drop off at FedEx.The staff is always helpful and has always gone beyond normal to ensure satisfaction.There is no reason to take shipping advice unless straight from those who know.”
