He is so awesome. He’s helped me recover from my eating disorder and learn that weight can be healthy. Grants benefited my entire family!! Worm on floor :(. Great guy, friendly, caring, too strong!! I recommend:))

Grant is knowledgeable, caring, encouraging and dedicated. As a chiropractor I know a lot about how the body functions but Grant added to my knowledge and taught me some things I did not know. Recommend him highly

Grant is a lovely guy with great energy. He meets you where you are in terms of fitness level and finds ways to get you going again, while teaching you with lots of insights into how your body works. Each session is a great learning opportunity as well as a step forward to better strength and range of motion. His skills and wisdom as a yoga teacher also shine through every private training session.

I really want to commend Grant for his exceptional work in making people better and encouraging healthier lives. He is such a compassionate and understanding human being with a deep knowledge and understanding of the body and how it works and how to assist and encourage when the body is in need of repair. I’ve been doing yoga with Grant for a few years now and even through COVID remote. I absolutely love every one of Grants classes - he is thorough, he adjusts his class to his students needs, he’s a fabulous and patient teacher, and my body has changed significantly due to his guidance and care. Grateful for Hidden Warrior Yoga!

Grant is really one in a million. The scope of knowledge that he has along with his delightful, compassionate nature make him a wonderful teacher and partner in getting to a great place with your health. He seems to me to be like a powerful combination of physical therapist and yoga specialist. He customizes all of the things that he suggests for your body and issues. He has taught me more in 3 sessions than anyone has my entire life. Understanding and changing how you move and specifically leveraging your glutes (butt muscles) to move properly has made a world of difference for me. Highly recommend Hidden Warrior Yoga.

I have had a lot of yoga teachers over the years. I can honestly say that Grant is the best ! My wife and I found him by chance as he was close to where we are living. He is also the most knowledgeable, and tailor's each class according to to the student's needs. On top of that he has a winning personality. Cannot recommend him enough !

I was happy that Grant teaches exercises which enable us to develop skills and strength needed to do traditional yoga poses. Most of the time in other classes and video programs, I have struggled to achieve and hold the poses with proper breathing. Grant provides more of what I needed from a teacher : good beginning instructions and examples as well as feedback on how to do the work properly. He is friendly and relaxed during the class.

I have been going to Hidden Warrior Yoga for several years. Grant was able to figure out my physical problems (shoulders, sciatica, etc.) and work with me to fix them. Attending his zoom classes during the pandemic has given me something to look forward to several mornings a week. I highly recommend this non-traditional yoga class.

Grant is an amazing instructor! He was able to help me with a back issue and recognized a major imbalance I had that I wasn't aware of. Super knowledgeable with a very uplifting personality. Highly recommend!

As a regular for classes and private personal training, I have seen so much physical improvement as well as more confidence in how I move and approach activities such as dancing that used to bother my knees. There is a positive and lighthearted atmosphere in class, Grant the instructor is so attentive and understanding, and I feel great afterwards every time. Would give 10 stars if I could - it's hard to find a class that fits to each person's goals like this one does!

It only took a few sessions with Grant at Hidden Warrior Yoga to feel a major difference in my body! He is so knowledgeable and encouraging and absolutely knows how to get your body working better to avoid injury!!! Grant has a thorough understanding of the human body and a really great way of teaching his students, working with him has taught me so much!!! Highly recommend!!!

I do love my weekly Hidden Warrior Yoga classes. A simple, deep practice. Grant is caring, knowledgable and fun. Great music. Cozy, welcoming space.
