“I have been going to this gym on and off for 15 years. The price is pretty affordable, the equipment is maintained well, and the gym-goers are friendly. One of my favorite features of this gym is that they supply mini spray bottles and towels to sanitize the equipment. This is a really sustainable option, compared to most gyms that have single-use sanitation wipes.”

“I've been going to ZS Fitness ever since I moved to Long Valley a couple of years ago. It's a modern and sleek gym, always clean, never crowded, and the perfect balance of community and private gym space (meaning, you'll see enough regulars here to become familiar, but also not so many that you have to wait for equipment). Pricing is reasonable, a bit more pricey than some of the factory gyms (Retro, Crunch, Planet Fitness), but you kind of get what you pay for here because it's more personable and less crowded. Overall I'm very happy with my membership, and the new owners have been kind and accommodating. Bonus: the backyard space offers gorgeous, breathtaking views of the mountain, and I found this area crucial during the covid months when I didn't want to be indoors.”

“Great little gym tucked away in Whitehouse Station off Rt.22. Staff accommodates as best can while cleaners(major props) do their best to keep everything from bathrooms to equipment clean with people who constantly don't pick up after themselves(gross!) as that's how a gym should be. Give them a try today if are in the area or surrounding”
