I started a subscription with this store for meal shake supplements from Metagenics. The first time I ordered, I received incorrect items. It took them a while to straighten things out but I eventually received what I had ordered. Similar to one of the other reviewers, I kept calling and was told that someone would call me back in an hour and no one ever did. Now I am on my fourth month of subscriptions and my order is wrong again. I reached out a week ago, and followed up a few days later, until I finally heard back on Friday. The person I talked to complained that it would cost them $8 to ship the incorrect item back to them, and then another $8 to ship the correct one. This was frustrating as I was hoping to receive an apology for their error. They stated I would receive my correct order by this coming Monday (Tomorrow) and that they would share the shipping info when it was sent out. The correct items haven't shipped yet, so there is no way they will arrive tomorrow. This defeats the purpose of a subscription service set up so that my supplements will arrive right when I need them. There is no sense of urgency or apology when an order is incorrect. I am writing this review to share my experience with others, and also in hopes that I get my correct items I paid for in a timely manner so I do not have to dispute the transaction with my bank. I will be cancelling all future orders with this company. Lastly, rather than asking customers to delete negative reviews, it might be a good idea to be proactive and meet a basic level of customer service so that negative reviews are not needed in the first place.

I completed a purchase online. After a week of nothing I emailed them. I recieved an email stating they would get back to me. I never received another response.I do not recommend ordering from them online.

I ordered online & got an immediate email that I would be notified when shipped. Almost a week later, I emailed to see if they had any idea on when my order might ship and got no response. After a full week+ I called and was told I am not the only one calling but the one person that handles online orders didn't work weekends and would call me on Monday. I never got a call, just a refund of my purchase with no explanation, which sounds like a better deal than some people. Pretty frustrating. I am giving an extra star just for the nice woman I spoke with on the phone, even if she couldn't help me at all.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for a long time and getting the same prescription from Robert. Now the new owners are charging me a surcharge of $20.00 for the same prescription because it's a better quality generic drug. We all know that generic substitutes are not all the same but now we have to pay more?

I purchased supplements online 09/24 and as of 10/3 nothing has shipped.I emailed requesting a refund or a tracking number with no response.I called once in the am and was told that only one person is responsible for online orders and was given assurances he will call back when hes back in - in about an hour.When I did not hear back I called again in the late afternoon only to be told he's now on break and with assurances again he will call back. At that point I requested a refund from the person on the phone and said he couldnt process a refund I would have to wait for the person in charge of online orders. I said I cant keep waiting for callbacks that dont come and will have to file a chargeback. He sounded amused and said maybe you should do that to teach the online rep a lesson. I asked why its my job to teach Farr Hill employees a lesson I just want my money or my item. He said he cant do anything for me.Online buyers beware - very frustrating and needlessly difficult to deal with - doesnt appear to have good customer service skills with basic transactions.UPDATE: Finally got a callback from the store after writing this review. The caller claimed he called me last week as my item was out of stock. He acknowledged he never left a message or emailed. I am still unclear why I wasn't automatically refunded if they item was out of stock or why that item is still currently listed as available on their website.He did request I remove the review.I will not be removing the review as other buyers should be aware and pay attention to any online orders placed through Farr Hills Pharmacy.

Took me back to the 1950s, a Soda Fountain up front, novelty item in many isles. Medical supply well stocked. If you can't find a greeting card here it's not made. Pharmacist & staff are very courteous & most willing to help. Trans. All my Rxs from Fanwood to here.

I love the Far Hills pharmacy, all the employees are friendly and very helpful and make visiting fun .. Everyone will be invited to the mansion in Cape May after I purchase my winning lottery ticket there ;)

My first visit to this pharmacy has been amazing. Unable to locate my prescriptions, they kept me informed and finally located it within a timely manner. The pharmacist and his staff exceeded my expectations!!!

this is about a recent experience with Far Hills Pharmacy. my doctor had ordered a script through this pharmacy on wednesday Feb 22. for reasons unknown it didn't reach them. So i called the drs office on thursday and it was resubmitted. i waited most of the day and called to check on the order. I was told by a person at far hills they just got it and it takes a while to make since it it a compound. i was called on Friday about 1100 hrs and told it was ready and it was to be delivered to Milltown pharmacy since this is their associate pharmacy that was closer to me and i was to pick it up there. Fair enough. So waiting most of the day i decided to call milltown to check the status. i was told that they didn't receive the order and it will probably will not be ready until next week. i asked how could this be since i was told it was ready earlier in the day. the person at milltown did some checking and found part of the order had just arrived about 600 friday evening. she explained that the rest of the order will be delivered to me early in the week. this is the 2nd time dealing with Far Hills with the same medication. This should have been easier due to the fact it was called in by a DR. Milltown Pharmacy corrected the situation that Far Hills could have prevented from happening.

The service here is amazing! Ice cream is my favorite part of the pharmacy, and the cashier, Summer C is always so kind! A wonderful cashier and great with customer service. Totally recommend this place.
