I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with [Real Estate Agent's Debra Debbie Meckbach] from [Real Estate AgencyColdwell Banker Realty - Bedminster/Bridgewater] for their unethical conduct during my recent attempt to purchase a property. Their actions not only wasted my time and effort but also undermined the integrity of the home-buying process.Despite submitting the highest and best offer for the property, which I backed up with solid financing and a quick closing timeline, [Real Estate Agent Debra Debbie Meckbach] inexplicably decided to entertain a cash offer that came in lower than mine. While it is understandable that cash offers can be appealing to sellers due to their simplicity and lack of financing contingencies, it is completely unacceptable for the real estate agent to disregard the highest and best offer without proper justification.What followed was an infuriating turn of events. Instead of honoring my offer and proceeding with the sale, [Real Estate Agent Debra Debbie Meckbach] chose to initiate a bidding war which is Illegal by contacting three additional potential buyers. This sudden escalation transformed the entire process into a chaotic and unfair competition, completely disregarding my position as the highest offer with the best terms.The actions of [Real Estate Agent Debra Debbie Meckbach] not only demonstrated a lack of professionalism but also a blatant disregard for ethical conduct. As a buyer, I had invested time and effort in thoroughly researching the property, making a strong financial offer, and ensuring my financing was in order.
