I like the way they’re run. Office staff, vet techs and Dr Levitian leave us feeling comfortable and seen. Whenever we need paperwork for proof of vaccination, etc., it’s so easy to contact the office. My family knows this practice as “no nonsense”- so far recommending only those procedures that are necessary and reasonable for our unique circumstances. As a first time dog mom, there was no question in my mind of who my vet was going to be.

Dr Blaicher and team are phenomenal. I have an elderly 14 yo bichon that they treat like their own.

Was a long time customer and when I got a new puppy that needed an urgent vaccine they said they could not make time for her, "they were too busy"so they forced a loyal customer to go elsewhere with complete disregard for my new puppies health.

Dr. Blaicher has been our vet for 3 years. He is very patient with our dog who is a difficult patient. We appreciate Dr. Blaicher and his excellent techs. He takes his time to meet with you.For check ups, you will wait for appointments. Also, no Saturday checkups which is a bummer. But we are very happy here.

My wife just called here and they refused to give us an appointment. Our cat hasn't eaten in 24 hours and is losing weight. We are new clients and they don't have an appointment for us at the moment. We can understand all of this. Then I asked her if it was possible to get one later. She said we were fully booked until the end of September. Then I was like, okay, can we get one in October? She said yes, and then we didn't know if we had an appointment free and if you would have to go to a hospital anyway. And then there was this: That's just the business. I thought I didn't hear right. This job needs love and care, not such disgusting people. Having a vet is not just owning a business. You must care about animals, especially the ones in danger. Think about changing your business you folks. You'll definitely do better and earn more in other businesses that needs no love and humanity. Bad and unfriendly staff without heart and soul. And you work in a veterinary practice? Are you sure you have the right job? Dear animal lovers, go somewhere else!!

Very nice and caring doctors and staff. The doctor made room on his schedule for an emergency Saturday surgery. The staff was kind and helpful. The facility was clean and organized.
